OT- Turok (worth buying???)

I was wondering if anyone has bout the game turok yet for ps3 or xbox360 and if so is it worth buying...i want to buy it but have held off bc some of the reviews arent that good and from what i hear its not a good game so if anyone can let me know if they have played it and what they think of it.

I rented it and played it for only about an hour. Seemed to arcardish for me if that makes sense. I definitely don't think it's a buyer.

You definitely should not buy it, but it might be worth a rent. The demo is pretty fun. Actually, the only fun part is the knife animations. When you kill a dinosaur with your knife, it shows you jumping on top of it and slitting its throat. That's kind of cool.
