OT: Clarification for Kohl: THIS is a team you keep together

If you don't think Kohl cares about media coverage and fan perception, you are dead wrong. He is obsessed to the point of paralysis with how people think of him. That is why he frequently does nothing of much consequence either as a Senator or the owner of the Bucks. He's too skittish about doing something that people might dislike.

If you vote him out maybe he would not care anymore and therefore he would take more risk. Too bad us RealGMer's are a minority.

We are very good at making other teams feel good about themselves. I believe we sparked the Blazers' tear earlier this year as well.

The Sixers are a relevant compare point for us. They essentially tore it down as well.

But I'm not sure how well the ceiling argument of having players like Iverson, Mo, Redd works--I mean crap, I wouldn't say the current Sixers are exactly a shoo-in for a championship with those guys anytime soon either.

But there are certainly good points to be made along the Sixers' example.
