It's actually been for sale for many months.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

The Bucks have a lease on the area that they use and have built it out over the years with tenant improvements. I'm not sure how long the Bucks lease runs, but believe there are penalties if a new owner needs to kick them out or tears it down.

Most prospective buyers have assumed they'd take the site with the Bucks remaining there. I'm guessing Cardinal Stritch would as well.

That is what I assumed, but I am sure thier BBall team would LOVe that as their court
