I can't get worse than 12th, So I'm happy either way. my luck at getting a top 5 pick in baseball, football and basketball drafts in the past year is about 1 out of 15. i drafted AROD last year, but i think i had the 8th pick when i did so. everybody was down on AROD last Spring.

I think it's kind of nice to know in advance where you pick. but then again, I have two of those types of drafts already for keeper teams and I never prepare beforehand anyway. i used to, but now I'm just too old and lazy.

I started a league of my own, but I've had trouble getting people to sign up. If you're interested in joining, please click here for more info.

I'm not particularly keen on having the loss category in pitching, but I never got around to attempting to convince my fellow managers to want to delete/replace that category and now it is too close to the draft to fairly make any changes anyway, IMO.

And since I'm the only one who apparently objected, I will happily go along with the current setup, since I am generally happy with the set up.

Looking forward to it.
Hopefully I will not be too tired from a hard night of drinking Friday and end up drafting poorly.

BTW, since we had a problem with this last year, I suggest you lock the teams in or whatever you call it and prevent people from joining or dropping out at this point, otherwise are draft will get automatically canceled.

I got a way to defend it. Bring a bat to the game and kill one of them."

I agree GAD, it didn't seem like anyone had any issues with the categories so I left them. I know you had some concern and I wasn't sure on the losses either but I agree, it's best to roll with the categories as they are since draft is tomorrow.

I'm not sure if there is a way to lock teams from leaving but I'm pretty sure the league is locked so nobody can try to join. I remember how much that sucked last year and I hope there are no issues this year. I'll log in and see what kind of measures I can take to prevent any issues again (of course it would be easiest if everyone stays and nobody tries to join).

Looking forward to tomorrow....I've already changed my mind about 10 times on who I want in to draft in the first couple rounds so it should be interesting.
