They didn't find sufficient evidence to charge anyone with a crime? They found marijuana.

What they found really isn't the question. The question to me was who was the target? Were they watch TJ or his friends. Obviously with TJ in the same home, he will be looked at, but did the warrant state his friends him or both?

According to the report it was not TJ.

There is no way that you're getting a warrant to search someone's house unless you think there is a crime being committed there. Maybe they thought TJ was aiding and abetting his buddy. Whatever. If there is no suspicion that TJ is doing something wrong, then they don't get a warrant to enter his house. Period.

I don't get the "period" part.

Like I said I am no expert and could easily be wrong, but my guess is that if you have a criminal in your house they can come get him without probable cause against you. Now of course they are likely to look at you as well because its your house and you may be there during the raid, but if TJ was not the target, nor were any charges made against him, I fail to see the issue.

The JS did not report the whole story.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

But they didn't just come and get him. In fact, they arrested nobody. They were going there for something else besides TJ's buddy.

And if they just wanted this other guy, they'd have waited until he stepped outside and then picked him up. You don't get a warrant for that stuff.

Ok...we'll shut this one down for awhile. But I think this is a legitimate topic the next time TJ has one of his strange behavior incidents. This one wasn't like one of the "haters" on this board just saw him chuck a few. We had a few reporters actually writes stories about it.
