Terry Stotts, IMO, was a realist as coach. He had a mediocre team (not as good as we thought) and he coached it to give the best mediocre results. At the time, I thought that was inadequate. Thought him an engineer as a coach, not a leader. Leaders are comparatively rare - and in the NBA a leader coach is rarer still.
Nevertheless, that's what Milwaukee needs.

looking back and evaluating Stotts he has proved that he is a great assistant coach and a great x's and o's guy but he is not a leader and not a coach that can gain respect from the players.....after the 2002 season the move that could of saved the franchise was fire Karl and hire Stotts......the players on that team respected Stotts they would of played for him.....
