First of all, I absolutely love scrambled eggs (no milk, cheese, or anything else, just 4 eggs) made in a non-stick pan (no butter needed for the pan, which is healthier). Very tasty. No need for salt. Pepper is good and/or a few splashes of Tabasco sauce.
But the best way to eat eggs is hard boiled. It is not as pleasurable to eat eggs this way as they are cold instead of hot, and the consistency and flavor is slightly different, but as for your body getting the most nutritional value from the eggs, this is the way to go.
Eggs are extremely good for you. Among other things, they are a very cost effective source of very bio-available protein with a medium rate of digestion (and before anyone says it, the cholesterol in eggs does not actually negatively impact your serum cholesterol. That is a misconception disproved some time ago).
