Nonsense.

First of all, I absolutely love scrambled eggs (no milk, cheese, or anything else, just 4 eggs) made in a non-stick pan (no butter needed for the pan, which is healthier). Very tasty. No need for salt. Pepper is good and/or a few splashes of Tabasco sauce.
