OT: Other Games in the Association tonight

Post#1 » by DH34Phan » Thu Mar 27, 2008 12:11 am

Devin Harris with 11 points, 8 assists after the 1st Quarter against the Pacers.

Phoenix is in Boston with a lead.

Other games going on too, basically wanted to holler at Devin hopefully going to have a career game.

Love to see Harris play so well. I just wish he wasn't stuck in Jersey. I think the Nets are going to suck for awhile.

Are you saying this just to start conversation?

You can't be serious.

They have 2 good pieces that will be there for awhile in Devin Harris and Richard Jefferson.

Vince Carter has been playing great since the arrival of Devin, and that right there is a good trio looking toward next year.

Their bigmen are a concern, but they do now have a serviceable Diop, and Sean Williams and Josh Boone. Both should be better next year.

They have 2 1st rounders next year, and the year after that. They should be able to easily improve in the draft.

They will also have a lot of cap room going into the 2009-10 season, more if they trade Carter.

They definitely have a MUCH brighter future than the Bucks IMO.

Yeah but you could say that about anybody. Even Jersey residents.

It's funny. Even when Chris Paul has a crappy night, he's still awesome.

Maybe we should just sticky a thread like this.

The Bucks aren't even an NBA team right now.

I'm not saying that to start a conversation. I'm a huge Devin Harris fan. Love the guy. I just think the Nets are going to be awful for possibly a long time. So I wish he was somewhere else. I sure as hell wouldn't wish a return to his hometown on him by any means.

Devin is a top 3 PG in the East.
Vince is a top 5 SG in the East.
Jefferson is a top 5 SF in the East.

With their picks and MLE, if they can get a big man, they will be a dangerous team in the EAST IMO.

They also already have good depth with Marcus Williams, Josh Boone, Sean Williams, and Diop. All they need is a stud big man.

They will win over 40 games next year.

Isn't this cute? Even when europa and DHPhan agree on something they just can't help but argue with eachother. They really must be brothers.

I RARELY do this but if we're going to create a thread to pimp the players we like on other teams I might as well talk about a player who's gotten a ton of s**t in this forum lately. Ford was put back in the starting lineup tonight and has played very well and is a big reason why Toronto is going to beat Detroit. 13 points, 9 assists, 5 rebounds for Ford.

Chris Paul with the game winning assist for New Orleans. He finished with 20.

So Andre Miller has an 18/1 assist/turnover ratio tonight and he doesn't even have the best one today. Chris Paul had 20 assists and 1 turnover in a win against Cleveland.

There is nothing I enjoy watching more as a basketball fan than a great PG making great plays. Chris Paul is an absolute joy to watch as a basketball fan.

And yea, that's something how Miller can go off with a mega game and not even be the best player at his position in the league tonight.

Thaddeus Young with 20/6 in 27 minutes off the bench in the 76ers victory, too. 8-11 shooting. This kid is contributing on a playoff team. He isn't even 20 years old.

How long is Yi's development supposed to take again?

Devin Harris with 22 points, 15 assists, 3 rebounds, and 2 steals tonight against the Pacers. Still have over 2 minutes to go.

Best game of his career.

I really hope the Nets make the playoffs.

Bobcats look like they're going to gain a game on us, beating the Lake show by 12 with 2 minutes and change left.

He can dominate a game in which he shoots 4-15. Only 3 or 4 players in this league can do that.

Return to Milwaukee Bucks
