Both.
I guess I shouldn't be so certain though.
Herb Kohl is too prone to changing his mind suddenly for anything to be truly certain (deciding to sell the team to Jordan's group and then not selling or deciding to keep Porter and then deciding to fire him are two of the more prominent examples). Sometimes this is caused by Kohl et al having unrealistic expectations of what will occur, and then when it doesn't occur, there is a change of plans.
But the current mindset among the people that matter when it comes to the Bucks is that we will be trading Mo Williams.

I got a way to defend it. Bring a bat to the game and kill one of them."

I got to think that the new GM is going to come in and (barring a totally different culture in the organization) is going to try to build a high scoring, half court team around:
Redd, Bogut, and Yi
Mo is certainly gone (good talent, reasonable contract)
CV is certainly gone (no matter how much Kohl loves him, he is not going to resign here to play backup to Yi)
Mason is a favorite of management and fans, but would be a logical throw in to a bigger deal (because of his expiring contract)
Voskuhl, Bell, Gadzurich, Simmons... all gone if the new guy can fit them in to the immenent Mo or CV trades...
It would be fun to speculate on what we will do with the lottery pick too, but it is just too early to guess until we know the new GM, the slot the pick falls at, and the new system/scheme...

This is from a couple of seasons ago but probably the best attempt at measuring D statistically that I have seen:

For those who don't want to read all the technical stuff, just scroll down to the best/worst SG's.

From what I've seen this season with the Bucks, my picks would be:
Bogut
Yi
CV
Ivey
Redd
If for whatever reason the Bucks decided to play Run N Gun, I would give Mo Williams another season or look to trade him after. Mo Williams is still very serviceable, just seems like the Bucks as a whole just don't have any direction so him and Redd just lead the way as they are the ones with the experience?
In regards to trading Michael Redd, this is a trade I've been thinking about. I'm not saying it's going to happen and even if it miraculously does, it probably won't be exactly what I'm proposing. However, if people are really that desperate to trade Michael Redd for an expiring and already to give up on Yi. The one team I'm looking at is my LOS ANGELES LAKERS!
Of course this seems like a stretch, but because Gasol is now with the Lakers...the talk has been what's going to happen with Lamar Odom? if he doesn't show up in this summer's playoffs, I wonder just like what has been reported and mentioned... if he's actually going to stay a Laker past his upcoming expiring year.
So I was thinking, depending on how both desperate and quick the Lakers and Bucks want to get rid of some of their players...a trade that seems to make sense to me is LAMAR ODOM's expiring for Michael Redd/Yi. In a basketball persepective, this trade probably is going to be seen as lopsided in the Lakers favor but again I'm basing this off the fact that both teams would be ready to give in. Bucks would get that expiring in Odom, which they could turn around and trade for other pieces. There were reports that the Lakers wanted Mike Miller, who played with Kobe on TEAM USA. But I vividly remember Michael Redd also playing on that team, and he's also has that 3. Michael Redd would be put into his place, in fact his job might be easier because of all the open shots he'll get playing on the Lakers. The only thing of course would be if both Kobe and Redd start, who would play SF? but I'm sure Phil Jackson would think of something.
Now I know Michael Redd for Lamar Odom's expiring could be done in a heartbeat. The one player that might delay the trade would be Yi Jianlian. We all know how much YI and his people would love for him to play in LA, especially for the LAKERS. JERRY BUSS would probably cream his pants if this trade happened. So I was thinking of a 3way deal where if other role players were accepted, everyone would get what they want.
Ultimately it would end up with the Bucks getting their expirings and other things whether it's players or picks. While the Lakers get another solid option to fit in their offense, as well as adding Yi Jianlian to their bench. I've always been curious as to what Kareem could do for Yao, but seeing how Yi Jianlian is struggling in the post as of right now....and considering as to how well Bynum has developed, I could only imagine what Kareem could do for Yi especially since Yi would have all the best training and personal treatment in other categories during his time in the NBA with the Lakers.

Thats interesting but it also has Raja Bell and Ricky Davis rated near the bottom and Ben Gordon near the top so I am not sure how much to trust that. Although I will say this, I believe Redd, if you were to compare him to all the leagues starting SG's, would easily be a bottom 5 defender. Of course I think the same can be said about Mo and CV compared to the respective starters at their positions. It's almost comical watching those guys sometimes. Its like they should have been bull fighters or something since they like to let people just run right by them.
