Good fit for the Bucks, will be a solid player and tenacious defender. Drafting him would provide flexibility because he can play pg and sg, so the Bucks can listen to offers for Redd and Mo and take the best offer that comes along instead of being stuck trying to trade one or the other. Great athlete with very long arms, along with Sessions will go a long way towards solving the Bucks perimeter defense problems. Will also be a sg with a pg mentality, and has the size to make a good post entry pass.
I'm not advocating drafting for need if he's not the best player available, but if they're not sure who'll be the best I think this guy deserves a very hard look. I would be thrilled with the pick, although I base this on limited observations I admit. Unless someone with superstar potential slips to #7/8 I would draft Westbrook because you should just be looking for a good rotational player at that spot in the draft. I just hope he doesn't shoot up draft boards somehow.
