There is a new coaching staff in place... You can't compare the past development staff to now, but contrary to what you're saying, Bill Peterson did an excellent job of grooming the youth we've had. Tobias simply didn't get playing time. That's on the head coach(es).

This is the Bucks you are talking about. He will never see much of the floor next year.

This is boom or bust, but I think the chance of a bust is like 95%. Not a fan of this pick.

Joe Alexander is an awful comp too. One is an entitled, spoiled, lazy dude (despite being a gym rat) and the other comes from a background that has him working his a-- off to survive, help his family. Their games are completely different as well, obviously.

He definitely thinks he's going to bust. Being that he touted him and all.

Wasn't sure after you compared him to JA. It's starting to take shape for me now.

Can he even bash his skull on the rim?

I worded that horribly. Meant to ask if there was any chance he only ends up OK. Seems like a guy that hits it big or doesn't hit whatsoever.

They couldn't even think of one decent thing to say about the Bucks on the espn telecast, which is not a surprise. I am more sad than anything.....doesn't seem to be proactive at all and after the last 6 months how in the hell did Hammond get an extension. Bogut turned into Ekpe. Tobias for nothing. Nothing for Dalembert expiring, nothing for Monta. I'm sick of this team's lack of direction or even competence.
We all need hope, but hope is not a plan.

There's always an in between, but I think he'll be good. Hand size is the most undervalued physical characteristic in basketball players. Of course, if he's like JA and all he wanted to do was get to the NBA, he'll never be good. I never know anything about the kind of drive these guys have. I only know how they look when they play and how old they are. I just think he has a chance, if he does have that drive, to be outstanding, a top 20ish player.

Midget back court
Giant front court

I'm intrigued.
