Thinking about his more I don't see any defense for the owners on this (unless they have a plan to bring someone else in somehow? No idea how that would work).

You can't give Middleton $178 million and then punt on paying Brogdon. You took public money to build a new arena, pay the tax you cheap ****.

The size of the TPE is Brogdon's first year salary on his new deal. It's not that hard to understand if you know how a TPE works. So at 4y/85m you can narrow it down to somewhere between 19.5m and 23m.

Best of luck to Malcolm. He was frustrating at times but pretty consistent and I will miss him.

Really interested to see how we try to improve on the court with this move.

We're certainly going to know more once we see how the Brogdon deal is structured.

That's fine. I think we peaked last year at ECF appearance and 2 games away from finals, we'll see.

If we weren't going to match anyway, at least we got a decent return for Brogdon. There's still a long way to go and I'm assuming (hoping) that Horst has some more moves up his sleeve.
