Giannis wasn't the primary, he was the safety outlet in case the primary options were well defended. Bulls seemed to be really good at defending those inbounds plays so i'm assuming they were forced to go with the Giannis option. Up until that Caruso shot, that was actually a bright spot for me. Giannis stepped up there.

Why in the world is Giannis even an option? Why was Middleton the one inbounding the ball? It makes no logical sense

maybe because he's clutch. I remember seeing a "way better" free throw shooter in PC totally fall apart recently in clutch time at the line. Luckily we still one the game

Ideally anyone but Brook would have been guarding him there.

A simple adjustment like moving our generational freak big man closer to the hoop so we can rebound the basketball. There is far too much of Giannis on the perimeter on both sides of the ball.

The irony is Griff was part of the Toronto staff that neutralized Giannis by forcing him to be a perimeter player.

To be fair I don't think Griff is the one who wants Giannis on the perimeter.

Giannis has played in the dunkers spot and it changed Bud’s offense and allowed Giannis to clean up down low.

If Griff wants him down there and Giannis refuses that’s also Griff’s problem.

That's always the problem when you hire a guy who's just there to tell Giannis he's doing great.

Giannis had some 4th quarter heroics with that amazing block and the 2 clutch fts.

I think the bucks were exhausted come OT and their energy was gone.

They shouldn't always put themselves in this situation and it finally bit them in the ass.

Kidd was bad but even he wasn't as bad as Griffin. Kidd would've at least drawn up a 7 point play there at the end.

Spoiler:
Also, **** Kidd.

The thing that annoys me most about this is that Giannis' clutch free throws and then his (What should have been) incredible game saving block are going to be forgotten because Caruso hit the shot of his life.

Def not going to get as upset as some of you guys over an overtime loss on the road in November though.

My hottest take i want to fire off is I feel like we're looking at a non-zero chance that Dame is asking out of here after the season.

Bobby going for a steal 30ft out and whiffing and making it 5 on 4.

The steals BS is hurting the D. It isn't working and just makes the D sloppy and leaky. (what my gf used to say about me as well so I'm familiar with the subject).

"They just played with more energy and effort on the glass." Adrian Griffin after the game.

Who does that remind you of?

Giannis/Dame late game heroics have masked it but non-Bucks people are calling this stuff out too. This season’s going to be wasted because of this dude.

i'll say this... after watching Caruso tonight, i'd easily trade Marjon and Portland 2nd for him. dude has the Jrue thing late in games (based on this one solitary experience watching him).

but i'm guessing Philly is going to just send a 1st and a couple swaps or something and be done with it.

I'm not mad at a random November loss but its hard to watch these games and feel like our two stars are meshing together better. If anything i feel like they're both just doing their own thing more. That's the stuff I'm concerned about.

These guys were all locked and loaded to rip the Bucks. Griff is under enormous pressure. His post game interview he sounded rough.

Yeah, if you coast enough times you'll eventually get bit in the ass by someone hitting a crazy or lucky shot. Bucks thought they could coast for 45 of the 48 minutes in regulation and still win, and they would have been right if Caruso doesn't hit the shot of his life.

Maybe in December we'll step it up and only coast for 40 minutes instead of 44 or 45...lol.

maybe it's the cost of attempting a super team but the national media seems to really jump at every chance to talk down on the Bucks.
