Again, this team was just as bad defensively at the end of last season as they were in the beginning of last season and last night looked like more of the same.

Maybe it changes. Let's hope.

100% Correct.

Once you let guys get into a rhythm and get their confidence going on jumpers by giving them great looks, they're going to keep hitting a high % once you tighten up the defense.

Like you said, anyone who has played the game should know this. And this is true X1000 at the NBA level.

This has been an issue for the Buck's defense for many years. They come out coasting on defense and let the opponent get into a rhythm offensively in the 1st half. Then can't figure out why guys are hitting everything in the 2nd half when they raise the defensive intensity a bit.

It's not some sort of weird bad luck that for years now teams always seem to hit a high % of 3's against the Bucks like we saw last night.

I do agree that these are the type of games where we should just throw out someone like AJJ and see if he can energize some things. AJ green looked awesome in his few minutes and the youth coming in to bring some energy worked well last year.

Also, going off the box, they got way too many corner 3’s, especially in the 4th.

Imagine the year being 2024 and thinking posting up constantly is an effective offense.

The NBA has officiated post ups out of the game

Did you ever notice that when the opposing centers make 3s against the Bucks, it instantly destroys our defense?

You're missing the main part of the argument.

Every shot that Dame watches Pat C or Brook brick is a shot or drive Dame could have had.. it's like Dennis Rodman and Luc Longly bricking 10 3s with Jordan standing there watching ... this is a generational talent and he's on the Bucks.. it's like a dream and these Luc Longly scrubs are jacking up Yolos.. literally just give it back to Dame and set a pick and good things will keep happening... his own teammates ice him

Amazing that Kobe ever won a championship without Gasol and Shaq firing up 6-8 yolo 3s per game.

Dame is a top 20 guard of all time.. 2x 3pt champion, 8x All Star, 7x All NBA, All Star MVP.... 1 or 2 rings with Giannis, a few more All Star games and he's top 10 ever conversations. But yeah let's see some more dumb 3s by Pat C and Lopez with 15 seconds on the shot clock... I'm just...

I hope we never see another game of Pat and Brook trying to shoot themselves hot
