Hooooooooorst .... Go get Jerami Grant

Brook + Pat + '31st and 2nd

For Jerami Grant

Dame, Rollins
AJ Green, GTJ
Jerami, T.Prince
Kuzma, Smith
Giannis, Baldwin

Starting lineup looks alot better and our bench looks decent too.

Would rather not trade for some of the worst contracts in the league. Giving up assets for Smart would be stupid, it’s like our FO doesn’t even watch games, Nurkic would be downgrade all around.

Prepared for the worst today

Brook isn't going anywhere. Yeah he may not be all that playable against the Cavs and Knicks but we'd have 0 defense in regular season games and other matchups. He's also excellent at boxing out and taps probably 5 rebounds to other guys per game. Do some of you only read box scores?

Sims an Baldwin give you nothing. There s no needle.

Probably, but I am just happy no more Delon.
I know. Both come off the books as well

It’s really fun to see how different fans react to bucks roster moves.

The vast majority of Twitter and Reddit are melting down, half here are, the other have are more understanding of why we’re making these moves and hopeful Kuz (and he’ll Sims too) can be better fits and younger.

Turn Brook into Robert Williams somehow.

Pels seem ripe for a trade or reroute. Kelly Olynek(sp?) maybe?

Based on what? We have been speculating his departure for at least three years now and still he remains. I wont be surprised either way, just curious why you think hes gone.

If I had to guess the doors get blown off us by any teams that play with pace. We have traded our second slowest player in an effort to play faster, it would stand to reason trading our slowest player who also appears to have good trade value around the league makes some sense

Exactly. Horst just paid to turn Middleton into the most distressed player in the league. I’m pretty sure he will show no hesitation if he can do exactly the same with Brook.

Why is that? I think most people understand this team is not a serious contender this year.

Nothing's fixed but we swapped Wright and Besson for Sims and Lessort, very sensible and Lessort could legitimately play for us next year.

If 2020 Lakers Kyle Kuzma is walking through the doors I think there’s a chance everyone will be pleasantly surprised with the move. If a continuation of 2024-25 Kuzma shows up in Milwaukee, I think somehow we’ll miss the nothing burgers from Middleton more. Unfortunately I think it’s all in Doc’s hands now to put it all back together and I have little faith in that regard. But I do think Ham, Joerger, Buckner and Prunty are a viable brain trust so there’s a silver lining.

I’m a numbers guy, any update on what number Kuzma will wear since he obviously can’t wear 33?

This team absolutely can't roll past the deadline with this many mis-matching front court pieces. One of Bobby or Brook needs to be traded for a guard/wing.

Most want a follow up trade since they hated yesterday trade.

People can get a little crazy but this place is pretty level headed compared to almost any other forum I've run across.

Sorry for the cryptic messaging but I know nothing at all related to moves. I'm locked in all day hoping to see a follow up move(s) today just like you.

I know something specific (not at all drama or anything like that) that makes me understand yesterdays move and be at peace with it, even factoring in that I've long been a big Middleton fan and am not high on Kuzma.

Or Nic Claxton, Walker Kessler, Gafford, Myles Turner, heck I would even take a Zubac at this point.

Or you know, we could have traded up for Missi, Clingan, Edey, Ware, or just straight up drafted Filipowski instead of drafting some dude who might be good in three years and using him as a throw in to an at best questionable trade.
