Do people even realize that KPJ averaged 19 a game in the 22~23 season. This was a great pick up.

Your schtick is predictable and tired. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Beyond tired. Dude was commenting in the Sixers game thread early about how "Bucks aren't beating anyone with Lametime leading the way". Dame proceeds to log 44 minutes and drop 43/7/8 to get us a W, and shocking, not a single post from him in the PG thread.

This need to constantly rag on a dude who's giving us 26/5/8 on 62% TS is lame as hell. Dude is 34 years old and still 7th in the entire league in minutes per game, grinding to help us win games, and we got dudes in here actively rooting against him.

Bucks have been better with him on the bench all year, and have a higher win % when he sits out. The defense completely tanks when he's in the game. Dame is in no way above criticism.

Then he starting playing hard in Europe after he was pushed out of the League. He plays at a different pace now.

Next he needs to combine his old shotmaking with his new frenetic pace.

Of course. But after a nice road win why spend time thread crapping. Everyone has players they like and don't like but it gets ridiculous.

He's nuts and was shooting 24% from 3.

The Clippers have more guys that handle the ball with Leonard back and Dunn is a solid back up point that can play defense along side Harden.

But why not put them around the core, that included Middleton. As it was, statistically the Bucks were considerably better statistically with him on the court. What would it have been w/ legs around him/them?

It's not somehow a positive we didn't have anyone out there to orchestrate a functional offense. 4 out of the last 5 games were mediocre or worse offensive efficiency games.

marjon for kpj was there...

but patc/portis/ajj for kuzma wouldnt gotten under the apron? so no deal? how do we acquire him without khris?
Khris who? Oh the guy who plays for the Wizards. Oh he hasn't a game yet for them.

Just play the guy 25 minutes and let him get his groove and confidence back. He's our lottery ticket

Very meh game from a historically meh player.

Not gonna deny that he helped tonight though.

Not that I don’t agree with your overall take here, but a very meh game? That’s the part I’m not sure I agree with. Kuz is a frustrating player by all accounts, he takes bad shots and is out of control some of the time but his energy and pace is light years beyond what I was anticipating after the trade. That can be contagious moving forward with Giannis and the rest of the team will follow suit knowing if they can get to their spots, they can be effective. Closing out defensive possessions and transitional offense were 2 things really bogging us down so far this year, I’ve been pleasantly surprised with how much Kuzma helps in both those key areas….

A double double meh game 23/11
Portis does that everyone says he had a great game. Its sooo refreshing to see a guy run the floor rebound very active

Yup, great win. To me, these defense 1st games are fun. However, I think it's also important to recognize how these games happen.

There is just a bit more to him than the things he offers on a basketball court.

Great win, though. Was only able to catch the final 4 minutes or so.

It’s been a long season. This was a fun game.

And enjoyable to see an even slower team with less BBIQ than us.

Sure. But when someone (not you) crows about how we can't beat Philly with Dame, doesn't show up in the PG thread after the win and then shows up here after a great win to cut on Dame, it's lame. I don't always agree with your takes but you're consistent and put some thought into your posts. That's cool.

Brook/Pat for Kuz would have gotten us under the apron. And we might have actually had to attach less assets cuz 3/4 of that salary would have been expiring. Khris had considerably negative value to them cuz he's under contract for 2 yrs.

Also, if the requirement is just legs for rebounding & d, Nance & 2 2nds for Bobby would have done it. Then use the 2 2nds, maybe Tyler Smith, to attach Pat & get under the apron. Still do the Wright for Sims as your 4th big deal. & the KPJ deal.

Khris could have still been on the team, while giving up less future assets, & serving the interests of getting under the 2nd apron while adding an athletic supporting cast. Didn't require doing Kuz for Khris + AJ Johnson specifically. That's the most costly route.

What an embarrassing loss for the Wolves. They have issues. Let's figure out a way to steal Naz.

Why do the Wizards need Khris to play games? They're an extreme tanking team & he's in his 30's.
