The only thing this team should do until the playoffs is practice learning how to set screens

Every screen the thunder set creates an advantage for them

Ours either do nothing at all or get switched (which we rarely attack, and if we do, it’s delayed)

Kuzma needs to have his minutes restricted. Have him in more for defensive assignments, and make sure he's not handling the ball so much on O.

I called it a couple of games ago that he seems to get lost when he's in the paint and lets off some really suspect shots that have no hope of going in. His handles are also a lot worse than even I thought.

We purposely got worse on offence at the deadline. Horst and Doc both brought up Kuzma as someone who is Giannis-lite in transition and that that was how the playoffs were trending. Also ignored our constant playoff shooting issues as well.

Another stat to show that the O was broken that half was Giannis taking four shots for the entire half.

I think having an offense this putrid with two, not one but two 75th anniversary team players is a pretty damning litmus test for Doc.

I want to be optimistic and I actually like our roster.

But this team has absolutely no chance with Doc.

Kuzma needs a short hook in the second half. I'd rest sit him and start Trent or Ajax.

This looks like one of those games where I want more Sims, less Brook.

Another damning statistic from the first half. The rebounding was atrocious.

I’ve appreciated the effort Kuz has put into his D since coming here but his offence is just woeful.

I’m yet to be convinced this was a better option than hoping Midds would be healthy come playoff time.

I mean it prob doesn’t make much difference either way. It’s just different lipstick on the same pig.

I really wonder if something could have been worked out for Hunter. Think they just fell in love with Kuz for some reason. He's a good enough fit in theory, but in practice he just looks overwhelmed even when making simple reads and converting bunnies.

Giannis will start forcing the issue you'd think. He either drags us back into the fight or this gets ugly and we get to sit the stars for most/all of the fourth.

As hilariously bad as Doc looks 99% of the time.

He somehow looks 100X worse when we play good, well coached teams. Wow.

Hunter would’ve been nice but does he change the fortunes much? Whether Khris, Kuz or Hunter they are part of the bigger issue that we just don’t have enough good players and the Dame/Giannis combo hasn’t panned out the way we’d hope it would have.

We’re nigh check mated as a franchise in the Giannis era. There are limited trade options, we can’t sign FAs due to our cap, and our draft capital is grim to say the least.

We’re in that dying days of LeBron on the Cavs 1.0 phase. But at least we snuck in a title before it all blew up.

I'm honestly not being hyperbolic or facetious.

I am in awe of how bad of an NBA head coach Doc Rivers is.
