So Lebron is "disappointed" and upset and what not because Kyrie doesn't want to play with him anymore and ppl are just supposed to forget that Lebron has already said he wants to play in LA mainly because his wife wants to live there and has already started his escape from Cleveland plan. But Kyrie is the dumb one? Makes absolutely no sense. Kyrie should want out, he can clearly see the writing on the wall already. And while the city of Cleveland and the franchise beg Lebron to stay again and he leaves, Kyrie will already be ahead of the turmoil by leaving now. Lebron is the punk, not Kyrie.

Kyrie hasn't said a word about Lebron planning on leaving and all the comments Lebron takes public. Not a word. And now he says he wants traded and doesn't want to play with Lebron and he's chastised for it? And now Kyrie is the problem? That's 100% moronic and simple minded.

Well, he could win another ring and then go. That's the part I kinda don't like.

He just isn't a PG.

And he's dumb enough to say he doesn't want to play with Lebron anymore.

We haven't seen anything like this since Irving's idol Kobe pulled it with Shaq.

He isn't a PG but he is that guy that can be stuck with the ball when things break down. We don't have that outside of Middleton and he is a bit messy in those situations. Obviously he could play off Giannis.

I'm willing to give up Middleton and Parker, but I want to keep Brogdon because he can be the PG on both ends, either with Kyrie on the court or backing him up.

I am really surprised how you liked Derrick Rose and hate Kyrie Irving :dontknow:

I liked rose if we got him free as a FA for 1 cheap year to play around with. of course id love kyrie on a deal like that.

but on a megaman supermax I got to give up middleton picks and whatever other f'ing assets no way. in fact I wouldn't deal middleton for him straight up with the attitude that's coming out in this report. theres no way in hell he'd come in here and not think Giannis wasn't supposed to be his james worthy or something

I'd be scared our defense falls apart if we trade Middleton for Irving.

If we could get Kyrie without giving up Khris I'd be much more interested but I don't know if we could pull that off.

If they can find a way to pair Kyrie with Giannis, I think it's worth the gamble. Kyrie might want to play hero ball, but they desperately need someone who can create offense for themselves outside of Giannis. PnR with Giannis screening for Kyrie would be impossible to stop.

Unfortunately Cavs request and Cavs get ... you can't cut anyone out of a Kyrie deal not named Giannis.
Let's hope Lebron wants Delly back and we keep Brogdon. But we should not think like that.
You just offer the farm for Kyrie and hope Cavs buy it.

Kryie averaged 29ppg in a finals comeback series victory over GS. He has a ring and a lot of the other players you claim he wants to be do not. Kyrie doesn't win that ring without Lebron, but Lebron doesn't win that ring without Kyrie.

Anyone who believes Giannis is a #1 on a championship team is crazy if they aren't willing to trade any 2-3 player combination on this roster if it means pairing up Giannis and Kyrie. If Kyrie isn't good enough what are you holding out for? Lol...

You need stars if you ever want to contend, Giannis and Irving are legit stars, I have concerns about Irving and you basically only have him for 2 years, but I am not sure where you end up finding another young star or 2 to pair with Giannis.

This is what I'm talking about. Do you have any confidence in Giannis? Ideally the bucks pair up Giannis, Middleton and Kyrie, but it's an easy decision to try rolling with Giannis, Parker and Kyrie. On what planet is this even a close decision much less a nightmare?

Do you trade Middleton + for him though?

We can wait 4 years to pair him up with Kawhi, but it won't be in Milwaukee.

Agreed. They should be calling the Cavs saying, "Other than Giannis, what do you want? Name the deal."

This is their best chance to pair Giannis with another star. And I know he is only signed for two more years, but all the players that the Cavs would want that it would hurt to lose are signed for the same or less (Brogdon, Parker, Middleton). So, you take your chances that Kyrie and Giannis work together while getting a huge window to contend season after next when LeBron is in the west, the Raptors are a year older, and the Celtics are still without their superstar.

If Kidd were smart and staggered the minutes for Giannis and Kyrie, they could legitimately always have one of them on the floor handling the ball. That would be insane. They would destroy everyone's bench units.

Maybe not on the flat planet Kyrie thinks we have, but on our round earth, defense matters and shot happy guards who think they are PG's but who really just want to shoot whenever they want can be a problem.

But if we could get Irving without giving up Middleton (and our defense along with it) that would be much less of a nightmare.

Ignoring the flashiness of their games and their reputation/status around the league & in the media, I'll take Middleton. Obviously talking about a 100% healthy Middleton, like 2015-16 level.

Middleton+Brogdon+Parker + '18 1st for Kyrie

It is time to bring Giannis pair here.

We said it thousand times that Khris is a #3 guy ... well Kyrie is a #1 or #2 guy.
In fact he won Championship being #2 with the player most similar to Giannis.

No doubt you offer the farm for Kyrie.

We're not contending in the next two years, and after that Kyrie will be gone along with whoever we traded for him.

Pointless.
