Anyone else kinda creeped out by the way Bucks fan Twitter is keeping track of Giannis’s partner’s child birthing process? I guess they’re putting it out there, I’m just a little put off by how many people are retweeting videos of a lady in hospital gown & such.

A Video Giannis literally posted.

Your creeped out by fans being excited their favorite player is having his first child?

If they're putting it out there themselves, there's no issue, IMO. Their excitement is wonderful and understandable. Our happiness for them is only human.

But I'm always a bit nervous when famous folks put their business out there like that. All it takes is one obsessed person to make that an unsafe situation.

Yeah, I dunno. If Giannis posted it & wants to share thats his decision. Yes, I’m personally a little creeped out by thousands of strangers being on “baby watch” like it’s the trade deadline or something. To each their own.

I only follow him on IG, not Twitter.

I don't really use Twitter.

Is she in the hospital already? Is baby Giannis happening in next 24 to 48hrs?

NY times article on Giannis and Bucks:

https://www.nytimes.com/2020/02/09/sports/basketball/giannis-antetokounmpo-bucks.html

A few hours before the N.B.A.’s annual trade deadline, Giannis Antetokounmpo of the Milwaukee Bucks was making his own defiant moves.

With his first two picks in the All-Star player draft, which would be broadcast hours later on TNT, Antetokounmpo left Kawhi Leonard, James Harden and Luka Doncic on the board for LeBron James to snap up, choosing instead to select Joel Embiid, then Pascal Siakam.

Antetokounmpo presumably didn’t anticipate the second-guessing that greeted those picks. Yet you can also safely presume that he didn’t care; Antetokounmpo later confirmed through a team spokesman that picking the two Cameroonian players was a tribute to his Nigerian-born parents’ home continent.

He was getting ripped for his draft, but 1 love that he refused to draft two rocket players, that makes me so happy.

And it all fits his persona of being loyal and wanting to honor is parents by drafting 2 african players first and drafting Middleton first as a reserve.

Giannis is driven by other motivations and many fans/media still don't get it.

Kinda cool they looked at everything from runners, to UFC fighters, to tennis to NBA, to soccer (football), to NFL, etc.

Not sure you can have a list of most fit athletes in the world and not include 1 or 2 Aussie rules players.

Huge honour for Giannis though!

You would think he could play more than 30.9 minutes per game, the layabout.

The second-fittest sports athlete in the world? You guessed it.

Frank Stallone.

Giannis confirmed Oasis fan is the big takeaway here.

This is fantastic. I'm actually quite emotional that he named his son for his dad, although that was always going to happen.

Congrats to the whole family. He needs some good stuff to happen to him now :)

Giannis is such a great competitor, he saw what FVV did last season after having a kid and he ordered one immediately.

Middle name... I assume Liam would be someone from Maria's side?
Small detail but maybe meaningful, maybe we should be concerned about where Maria wants Giannis to play in the future :D

The power of "they have the best schools in the world, don't you care about your son?" is almighty

Only 35% joking.
