1977 was the only time Milwaukee hosted it. Chicago had it twice. Minneapolis once. I know those cities are bigger and have more to offer. New stadium should bring it in though.

All I have to say is, if they ever bring Arena Football back to Milwaukee again, good luck to any kicker kicking off around that thing. :football:

Here's the interactive seating chart. The only prices are for the premium seats. Lower bowl is huge.

Doesn't look like any cup holders for the poor people in the 200 level. ;)

Also doesn't look like there's a ton of leg room on those seats.

Fine with me, I don't sit with the peons.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

It does look like it's going to be a great place to watch a game. As expected, very pricey

Even though those seats look closer to floor level, they also look like they're stretched out further from the court. I don't know if that's a good thing.

Not sure how accurate this is, but if the ceiling really is gonna be black/gray as opposed to white, like the BC is, then that's a great move.

Anybody who's been to an arena like the United Center, which has a dark ceiling, knows how much better it makes the whole atmosphere feels.

Also, I hope the court will look different. Just used the Buck head for the center court logo, and do away with the "M" designs on the floor.

I hope the floor lighting is vibrant like Golden State's.

You can either have it closer to the court on the X axis, and higher up, like the BC, or do it this way. I actually don't mind the BC's steep angles. There just isn't any other way to cram seats in...It has to be in a more horizontal or more vertical orientation.

But I think the optics of the image (even a CG one) on the site are worse than what you will see in person. Think about when you are outside looking at a landscape. Everything looks closer because your two eyes offer depth perception. If you take a picture of that same image, it won't look the same. It will look further away as the lens picks a singular focal point that renders the space.

Do we know what color the seats will be? I've seen renderings with green seats but the interactive map has black. I like the black look more.

I've seen both also. And I too like the black much better.

This is what the actual arena looks like inside. The seats will be black.

When are we going to find out who gets the naming rights?

WESC is too much of a mouthful (that's what she said).

Am I the only one not excited for the new arena? I'm just glad it got done and it means the bucks aren't moving any time soon. As for the actual stadium upgrade the cost will outweigh the reward for me. I would rather have cheap seats and the bc then deal with high prices at the new arena. Except for the corner hockey seats, I don't mind the bc. The side uppers offer a great few to watch the game and the lower sides are obviously good. I'm a short guy so I never thought the seat spacing was a big deal except when trying to grab a beer and sliding but people.

I just hope they carry over the refugee stand. $12 for a smoothie wrap and chips is a hell of a deal in a stadium.

yes
At a party given by a billionaire, Kurt Vonnegut informs Joseph Heller that their host had made more money in a single day than Heller had earned from his novel Catch-22.

Heller responds, “Yes, but I have something he will never have — ENOUGH.”

Yes x2.

The BC is a dinosaur. I cannot wait for the new arena. I think it could also help draw free agents, somewhat. I know if I'm a player I'd rather play in a nice arena than some dump. Obviously winning and money are more important to most players. But nice facilities is a nice selling point.
