What if a guy shot 37% on 3.5 attempts per game for 2 seasons?
Same amount of attempts, same makes in total. Is it fair to say he's the better shooter?

I think Justin is going to be a decent pro. Liked what I saw when I watched UNC games. He's not my top choice at 17, but I would be optimistic if we got him.
