Mine is weekly, and I've weathered skipping doses for things like antibiotics in the past. Just unlucky in this case, but I'm generally fortunate that my meds control things fairly well.

Me too. Last time I had to change meds (many years ago), it was hard finding one that worked. That ~ 3 months was no fun.

I felt like I had a longer time getting over the booster than the 2nd shot, but the symptoms weren't different (fatigue, mental fog). Big difference was I took the next day off after the 2nd shot and powered through the booster. With the 2nd shot I was like 80% back to normal on the 2nd day after, and with the booster I didn't really feel fully myself until Friday (shot on the previous Sunday). If I end up having to get another one, I'll go back to laying low the following day and let my body work through it.

No symptoms first 2. Booster or old age had me really fatigued for a week.

I've been mildly suspicious of Spotify Wrapped in the past, but looking at my results this year I'm 100% sure they're complete bullsh*t.

I don't use Spotify but I'm familiar with Wrapped. What would be the reason for giving you inaccurate results? They have the data.

Feel like chiro experiences have been discussed here before. Anyone willing to share or give input? I've seen multiple docs recently for some chronic back/hip issues but there's apparently no red flags in labs or imaging.

I have no idea, but they said my top song was something I played only 23 times, which certainly is hilariously inaccurate. I've always kind of had the same suspicion - it doesn't feel malicious to me or like they're manipulating data, but something feels dramatically off. Like a huge chunk of data is missing. And while I may be considering other services too much (really just SXM for me), it's definitely not just that, as I listen to Spotify quite a bit everyday. But interesting, nonetheless.

If I pulled anything like those sucker punches in sports growing up my dad would've had a few backhands for me waiting for at the dinner table.

Yeah that's weird. Sounds like it's just crappy/lazy programming on their end. I see it all the time in my analytics work.

This finally got me curious enough to do some Googling, and apparently back in 2019 one of their Support people said that they cut off the tracking in October in order to give them time to assemble their data and slides (which makes no sense - it should be dynamically populated). That makes some sense, but it actually just makes me think it's even more inaccurate than that. For example, they said I listed for 6700 minutes this year - which would be roughly 22 minutes daily through October, if that were the cutoff. But I listen to at least one Podcast in Spotify - which they included in their metrics - every weekday, which would take up ~15 minutes daily on its own. Though, maybe they don't count Podcasts for minutes played specifically.

Either way, interesting data, but yeah, it's definitely fishy. I might start syncing to Last.FM again now that this has gotten me curious; they record your listening realtime across multiple services.

Agreed. It should be dynamic. Easily done. You should be able to see your current stats at any time. It's almost as if they pluck a few random days and extrapolate.

Good call. But yea, even if it's just through October there's songs in my apparent top ten that I might have listened to a dozen times all year. My most listened to band is one I listened to a decent amount, but no where near as much as some others I had dedicated playlists for I played for weeks on end.

There's just no possible way it's accurate. It's kinda bumming me out.

I hate winter weather, but the silver lining is I get to make way more crockpot type meals. On today's menu is jambalaya and it's smelling incredible so far.

Today is definitely a day for that. It's a stay inside and watch 11 hours of football day.
