With what Luka wants in his bigs I don't think Brook/Bobby fit. He needs the PnR lob man. For our guys, if I'm them I'm signing Sims for league min rather than trade a solid starter to get a big. There has to be other similar basic rim runner type bigs that can be had for much less than giving up Reaves. And if someone is getting paid enough to need a contract match in a trade Riu would be the one I'd be dangling.

They'd be getting a highly valued '31 1st (worth 3 random 1sts per the market) too, that could be redirected to another team to fortify their rotation. So they get Brook/Bobby & starting caliber defensive guard to replace Christie.

If they say so, I'll believe it when I see it. And its not like the Lakers/Lebron have made several dumb moves in his era there. But with 41 year old LBJ slowing, Luka being slowfooted if I'm looking for their big man the last thing I'd want is literally the slowest player in the league, especially if I have to trade for him. If Brook is taking a ring chase cheap vet deal in FA then yea that could change things. But pretty moronic to give up a 25ish yr old solid starting wing/g in today's era for a near 40 year old big man. But the Lakers have given away tons of talent the last few years in similar dumb moves

I saw on my news feed some report that Dallas has interest in Jrue and thought it made some sense with their apparent strategy of "defense first with a 2 year window." Who knows how much of it is BS, but wouldn't it be something if Nico somehow managed to set up both the Lakers and Boston for the next 10 years with some stupid ass trade.

Imagine being a Pacer fan and Ben Stiller and Timothee Chalamet are clapping in your ears.

Basically a 20 point triple double with zero turnovers at halftime is absurd from Haliburton

I feel like this game Pacers have been able to be physical on defense while Knicks are called for touch fouls.

But IDC, f... The Knicks

Never got a replay but I thought he got really hacked there and then the knicks get called for 2 soft fouls on the other end

Wow these calls in favor of the pacers are wild. And they missed a blatant hold on siakam

Siakam just blatantly hooking OG on that rebound too. I like the physical play, but call a spade a spade.

Calling the Knicks for both hooking and being hooked.

Hard to take this "entertainment league" seriously.
