He looked pretty good in the playoffs against the Bulls, so I think he is playable in the playoffs.

Who gives a **** if he's right?

I'm assuming the people who compared him to Giannis as if they're in similar situations? The Bucks have two all star caliber players coming back and Giannis knows he has a great supporting cast when the team is healthy. The Nets are paying $81 million to the two most toxic players in the league.

KD is right and he's not the problem in Brooklyn.

Yeah, I don't think anyone things KD is wrong for thinking that. Everyone is trashing him because he lacks the self-awareness to 1. You never throw your teammates under the bus and 2. The whole f-ing reason he is in that situation is because he demanded to play with his washed up or crazy friends. He would have 5 rings right now if he used to use his star power to construct a winning team instead of F-ing Kyrie.

Hell, even if he said it in a different way "We are not at full strength" "We are still figuring it out with the guys filling in" but instead he said the quiet part outloud and literally listed full names just in case there was any confusion on what Harris. Sorry. RS but defending KD in the situation seems like a stretch.

KD deserves criticism for wanting to team with Kyrie. The warning signs were all there. Kyrie's been a problem on every team he's been on. That being said, KD clearly didn't know what he was getting into. And he's not the only one who wasn't wise to Kyrie in 2019. There were Bucks fans who wanted Kyrie on the team. Gamblers considered the Nets to be championship favorites as recently as last season. Heck, it was a week ago I had to read a post on this board from somebody suggesting the Bucks try to acquire Kyrie. So yes, KD deserves criticism of the Kyrie acquisition. But it's also reasonable to feel sorry for him in his current situation as everything around him has turned to sh*t.

Read Marty's post 4 above. He said it better than I can.

And that's just this incident. If you don't know why he's a clown, my explanation isn't going to help.

He's the most insecure little baby I've ever seen (for a guy as talented as he is).

Because regardless of it being accurate or not, publicly calling out your teammates by name to the media as not being good enough is a dick move?

Ugh, PDX almost made it a devastating loss for the Nets.

OKC fans should burn their arena to the ground if they trade him lol. He’s only 24 years old, you just build around him. He’s a legit superstar now and with his insane skill level and craftiness his game will age extremely well, barring injuries you have an elite level player for like the next decade.

Imagine being a Clippers fan lol. You had this kid and you flipped him along with a **** load of picks for Playoff P and vague reports of Kawhi’s injury recovery.

Because I'm like that, I prefer to think about how the Bucks could've had him if they kept the pick they would've gotten for Brandon Knight, but instead flipped for MCW.

Crazy how quickly things turn in the NBA. Clippers sign Kawhi coming off a title win with the Raps and pair him with Paul George coming of a 28ppg season.

Three and a bit years later and SGA is the next best things and the Clips have only two playoff runs to show for their big two. Kawhi looks busted also.

He ran to an already-champion team who just barely beat him because he choked historically.

No pride, no heart. This is its latest manifestation.

De’Aaron Fox talking the talk at least RE hiring Rich Paul not being a shot across the bow:

During an appearance on the latest episode of the “Brian Windhorst & The Hoop Collective” podcast, ESPN reporter Marc Spears said that Fox hiring Paul to represent him doesn’t mean he’s asking for a trade, and that Fox himself told him he’s quite content in Sacramento:

Spears: ”He just loves how they’ve treated him, he wants to win for them, he wants to win for the city.”

Windhorst: ”Can I interrupt you again? So he just switched to Rich Paul as his agent and he’s under contract for many years, I think he’s got three years left after this, but I don’t know...”

Spears: ”He’s not asking out. I think people were nervous about that, but De’Aaron doesn’t want to leave. He’s kind of in the Dame mold. Like he wants to do something special there. Because I asked him, ‘why haven’t you asked out?’ And he was like ‘I don’t want to be handed something. I want to build something here.’”

Que the collective sigh of relief from every Kings fan.

The Warriors being, along with the Lakers, Pistons and Magic, as the only teams that are winless on the road is definitely one of the weirder stats of the season thus far. And its not like they've played a murderer's row of opponents as they've got losses to Charlotte, Detroit, Orlando and Sacramento.

The interesting question with the warriors is how long they are willing to stick with their young guys and then who they are willing to sacrifice to add some vet role players. Because even though a guy like wiseman hasn't been good he would still fetch them some useful players from a bad team.
