Dame has to go before anybody else, he’s an albatross that’s only going to get worse going forward. Not ever going to be a winning player, move him before he gets exposed for what he actually is. Dejounte Murray is a better player now, I was right the whole time.

All signs point that it will a short postseason, so afterwards we will reach a point that we will have to make some big decisions.

There is no way that we will change the coach again. So Rivers it is. We have three options

A) Minor shakeup: We will give time for the coach to have the preseason and instill his philosophy. We will upgrade defensively the SG position and try to replace Brook, Bobby with more mobile defensive bigs. The idea is that we will have enough offense with Dame/Khris/Giannis and we will surround them with energy guys that can play defense

B) Major shakeup, Dame will probably make obvious that does not want to play for the Bucks making it easy to pursue a trade for him. maybe we can trade him for a younger borderline all star and one or two rotation players in a productive age. Again Brook will go, we will replace Jae/Gallo/Bev with younger role players and we will test the market for a younger Khris replacement. We will have to convince Giannis it will be a one year rebuild and hope for the best

C) Burn everything down. Trade Giannis to OKC for the larger draft haul ever, trade Lillard for assets, trade Brook, Khris for assets plus some terrible contracts to be our tank commanders. Follow the OKC, Jazz route. Just get somebody else to draft not Horst.

I lean towards option C, this team looks finished, we don't have a genius GM to turn things around. Nobody gets younger, Warriors still have still Curry/Klay/Green/Kerr and they are 10th in the west, as much as we would have liked it, Brook and Khris will not get faster, Dame in a couple of years will become one of the worst contracts in the league, even Giannis will decline. We will get a young team with talent that will not win much but it will be fun to watch developing

Trading Giannis is dumb and I won't listen to it, Horst should worried about his safety if he **** this thing up that badly. He needs to be **** yesterday, it's time for Horst to walk the plank. Get a REAL basketball person in charge of things, ship out the no defense playing LOSERS, get rid of the decrepit mummies, use every pick and find some running mates, build around Giannis. Likely we won't even drop off because of the loser construction of this current team, Giannis + scrubs is about where we're at now.

This board is becoming the polar opposite of Reddit, just all pessimists who can't be bothered to think.

I don’t know what to do about it now, but doubling and tripling down on getting older with every. I’ve since the championship feels like it was ill conceived.

I'm not even pessimistic, as far as I'm concerned the bottom has already fallen out & I'm just angry at the state of the team. Heads need to roll!

Its just... We have chance to win it all this year. We've barely seen Giannis/Dame/Khris play together. Yes, a lot of that is because we're old and brittle. But I just can't wrap my head around the pessimism. The Bucks are one of five or so teams with a legitimate shot at a title. But many folks prefer, and thrive on, drama and rough patches. Thats the Internet. This regular season has been frustrating, no doubt. But again, we weren't exactly clicking on all cylinders the year we won it all. In fact, people were screaming "Fire Bud" and "Trade Giannis" in those playoff loss game and postgame threads. Bucks fans gave up in three consecutive series that postseason, down 0-2 to the Nets, Giannis injury vs the Hawks, and down 0-2 to the Suns, only for Giannis/Jrue/Khris/Brook/Bobby/Pat/PJ to ball out when it mattered and snatch that Championship. So, no, I won't be giving up before the playoffs even begin. Thats some loser ass sh*t.

If we not win it all ... I am deBudding this team in a nanosecond ... Brook,Khris, Pat need to move somewhere to retire properly. Portis is a keeper same for AJ Green.
Its too early to think about anything cause we actually in a good position to WIN IT ALL this year.
If things go south I am trading Brook for anyone faster than him ... 99.99% of the League, Khris for Wiggins or DeRozan and Pat for a younger wing like Basley.
We can never built chemistry since Khris is always injured ... so he is the first one to move and get a fringe all star return who is maybe less of a player but way more available.

We are no doubt old but we also look like contenders when we take teams seriously (i.e., when playing other contenders). We're in the mix, don't be fooled by April basketball.

100%, we could have had an awesome on-the-fly rebuild/retool. We still could. I'm concerned that we'll attempt it with Doc as GM if we fall short this summer. That will not go well.

I also want to point out that if you are one of the top 5 teams in the league six years in a row and you win one ring, that's not luck. That's appropriate.

I really hope we win it all this year. It would be awesome. I hope Giannis shoots 1000 FTs per day, and CAN ANYBODY TELL HIM TO MOVE TO THE LEFT A BIT LIKE LILLARD DOES IN ORDER TO LINEUP HIS RIGHT SHOULDER TO THE RIM EASILY SO HE DOESN'T CROSS HIS HANDS INTO HIS FACE? Thank you... and order him to one exhale, one dribble , shoot and live with the results ... @^%@$@$!$! Sorry, I get triggered watching Giannis & Bucks not fixing anything with Giannis FTs.

Doc is blaming the travel crew and professionalism for the team's road record.

It's reminding me of the Nets with KD/Kyrie/Harden. Every time one player is healthy, another gets hurt. Very few games with all three on the court. Hopefully they can get it together in the playoffs.

Yeah, we got lucky in 2021 just like we were unlucky in the series we should've won in 2019 (a couple calls in game 3 go are way and we probably have an insurmountable lead), 2020 (Shredding the league before the world shut down), 2022 (midds injury) and 2023 (giannis injury).

It takes a degree of luck for any team to win a title.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Not advocating it and more daydreaming on my medication, but if the Spurs wanted to go all-in and IF we lose in the first round and IF Giannis quietly asks out this summer, do the Spurs have a package of future assets that would be worth a disgruntled Giannis? #1, #7 (If raptors get pushed out of top 6) and then like 4 other firsts? Would Wemby and Giannis work together if you add in some shooting from the guard spot?

To be fair to Doc, he has it a little rougher this year. Much easier to blame it on Simmons or Harden
