Valid points, but it probably has so little upside that it's not worth the risk that he really is the cancer many people suspect he is. I'm not convinced one way or the other but I am wary of him.

Does Thon have enough trade value to shave a year off Delly's contract + get an okay backup center back?

Yeah, I feel like the Hawks would do that for Dedmon. Thon, Delly and Vaughn for Dedmon and Belly works for me.

Yep almost exactly what I was thinking, Dedmon would be great. If Jabari gives us anything off the bench and Kidd decides to play Kilpatrick/Brown/Munford, roster would look really solid at least for this year.

I really don't see any harm in claiming Bogey off waivers. See if he has anything left and if not, cut him.

The Bucks need Ersan more than Belinelli in my opinion. Hawks make a good potential trade partner regardless though.

Henson and Delly are a must to go......Next if possible is Snell, Wilson and even Thon. If we want to ever be a consistent good team, these moves need to happen.

if Bogut can move at all,
12 minutes of him, is better than Thon getting them.

Henson 24 to 30 mins, depending on production
Bogut 12 mins
Thon the rest 12mins at most

Giannis 38mins (probably should go down a bit)
Thon the rest, 10mins

Thon/Wilson/Vaughn/Delly/Telly

for

Dedmon/Belinelli/Ersan/Babbitt

Bledsoe / Brogdon
Snell / Belinelli / Brown
Middleton / Parker / Babbitt
Giannis / Ilyasova
Dedmon / Henson

Go 12-deep with that group and cut down minutes. Let Brogdon/Parker wreck 2nd units and trot out Bledsoe/Brogdon/Middleton/Jabari/Giannis out of halftime to straight up bury fools. I would hold off on trading Mids/Jabari/Bledsoe until summer. Lots of players commanding max deals this summer, and not a lot of teams with the cap space, never know what might pop up.

We are definately, 100% getting Tyson Chandler, as per the final line in Gery's article

"Another center who has been mentioned in connection to the Bucks is Phoenix enter Tyson Chandler, who is a good friend of Bucks coach Jason Kidd."

Bring back Miroslav Raduljica even, seriously we just need a big body. Bogut if he has anything left could contribute I think easily, he'd probably be a good mentor for Thon.

I was shocked when we didn't get him with Bledsoe to be honest, I'm not sure I see it happening altho it would be a very Bucks thing to do.

Hope they still want Jabari? Their backcourt is crowded with Mitchell, Rubio, and Hood, and they have two good true centers, but they could use another forward. Exum has two season-ending injuries on his ledger so maybe Jabari is still worth that. We know for a fact that Utah offered that package for Jabari on draft day. Favors is worth a lot less now given that he could be a rental. Jabari and Exum are both worth a lot less as well for obvious reasons. Maybe they all depreciated roughly the same amount and team needs will win out?
