There was footage of Joe being attacked and blaming everyone that Carol "off the cuff" responded, if you want a cat to eat someone you'd put sardine oil on their clothes.

Seemed like she came up with that exact situation pretty quickly. Like she'd thought about it before.
Please reconsider your animal consumption.

Weird day. Working from home, for some reason BBC America was on when I turned on the TV and they had a Karate Kid marathon and I rolled with it. Then I watched the 3rd on Vudu. Now I'm listening to the latest Rewatchables which, of course, is two hours on The Karate Kid.

Elizabeth Shue and Tamlyn Tomita. My god, two all-time 80s crushes.

Then you can go onto Cobra Kai.

I watched the first episode of Tiger King this morning, I'm going to try really hard not to binge it. My god.

Binged all 7 Tiger Kings today. Good stuff. Agree with earlier posts. They're all slimy degenerates. Love to have a beer with Joe though.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Also binged TK in a day. Didn't expect it'd eventually be possible to loathe someone as much as Carol, then Jeff Lowe entered the picture.

Joe, despite being an animal abuser and murder conspirator, had me cracking up throughout.

I thought Doc Antle was the creepiest one of the bunch.
At a party given by a billionaire, Kurt Vonnegut informs Joseph Heller that their host had made more money in a single day than Heller had earned from his novel Catch-22.

Heller responds, “Yes, but I have something he will never have — ENOUGH.”

Trying to pick the creepiest personality from Tiger King is like trying to pick the grossest jelly bean from the novelty jelly belly pack filled with all disgusting flavors. Dead fish, grass clippings, booger, dog food, Joe Exotic, Carol Baskin..

I kind of think Doc got away with a lot in the eye of public perception, because he smiles, gives good quotes, and has a little charm in him. But there was a moment or two where he kind of flashed contempt for a question or two, once even explaining that he has answered it all before (and thus revealed he was in a sense performing the whole time). He pretty much matched Joe’s worst behaviors (minus the murder for hire), but was just smarter and more polished.

They’re all detestable people and there’s no doubt in my mind Carole killed her husband. Mids had my exact thoughts. She answered that question about sardine oil like she had done that before

Jeff Lowe is basically real life Russ Hanneman, only he didn't put radio on the internet, he brought tigers into hotel rooms. They both definitely love Puddle of Mudd.

Don't watch much anime anymore but this was surprisingly good. Love the animation style they use, and didn't know it was helmed by an American studio, so that probably explains why the characters are actually pretty great/funny and not just a collection of traditional anime tropes/clichés.

Also, Rufus Sewell deserves to get nominated for something for Man in the High Castle. Just finishing the last season up now, and the John Smith redemption arc is the soul of that show. Incredibly underrated performance.
