Yes, I've been harping on this for years. It would be huge if Giannis could learn the skill of flopping.

Lasry gives off a vibe that he wants to confirm that he's re-signing - like he's almost bursting - but he knows better than to leak anything so he just goes with the generic "we'll know by the deadline" statement.

Ron Swanson wrote:None of the other teams have a clue what's going on, otherwise we would be getting bombarded with articles and "sources" claiming otherwise. Miami just evaporated their cap room with the Bam extension. AD, PG, and Lebron didn't sign 1+1 deals. Desperate Raptors fans are still doing their little "hur durr Masai is his fraand" schtick, but there continues to be absolutely zero rumors of any substance.

Patience.

Thankfully there's only one more week left before the deadline. If Giannis hasn't signed anything by then, I'm not holding my breath that a short term deal will be signed shortly after. I also highly doubt the Bucks even consider trading Giannis in a championship window type season, especially if Giannis plays nice and doesn't ask for a trade. At that point I'll just sit back and enjoy the season without expecting any news until February, when Jrue can be extended.

There is no way Giannis has been sitting on this for several weeks, and then come December 21st, he'll tell the Bucks FO he needs a few more weeks to consider a short term deal. Either this gets done in one week, or gets shelfed until next summer.

Giannis was upset we didn't keep Sweeny and Bud told Giannis no, look our staff has made you a two time MVP. Giannis said no, I mad myself the MVP. Also that he hates the Lasrys for being pompus ****. Basically we're ****. That's all I have.

This is either outright BS or at minimum irrelevant old news. Sweeney left in 2018, him and Kidd are ancient history.

I told my friend whoever told him this is full of ****.

Kidd is a total sociopath. I wouldn't doubt that he would try to stir the pot as much as possible and try to spread rumors like this. He's intelligent and sinister enough to come up with stuff that's plausible enough to be believed too.

He's smart. He's just a sociopath alcoholic.

Do we think Lasry uses a Sharpie or a different kind of permanent marker on those eye brows when he wakes up in the morning?

LISTEN2JAZZ wrote:I too would love to see Giannis progress on his post game and free throw shooting. I think Giannis surrounded by shooters makes way more sense than Giannis *as* the shooter. Giannis spending practice time behind the arc IMO makes only a little more sense than if Shaq had done that.

This is what I always thought the plan was supposed to be and I've been so confused why we don't set plays for him to dominate the post year after year - especially as he is naturally growing more dominant.

They use the tears of their victims mixed with ink. Sometimes they use the tears in their martinis as well.

Tabloids got hold of it. Did he not tag Bleacher Report? I don't see why you would do that unless you were trying to stir the pot. Just feels like more trolling to me, like his agent was doing earlier this offseason.

Looked to me more like “we’ve literately done all we could” from Lasry.
