Lillard just ain’t that guy. He absolutely brings 0 to the defensive end and his offense is so erratic. If he doesn’t have the ball he just stands there. You can say that’s scheme, but a ton of former superstars who became superstars because they played with nobody stand around as well without the ball once paired up ie harden, kyrie, Westbrook. 3 guys that have a ton more accolades than lillard

Chuck spot on.

Bucks aren’t playing with energy on defense because they know they’re being asked to do stupid ****.

Even against the Spurs our bench is being outscored by the opposition bench.

His numbers aren't terrible, but I agree with your points. Some nights he looks like George Hill out there.

Bucks, don't have any defense identity at all. not a good testament for a defensive minded coach.

I'll reserve Dame judgements until the clown shown lead by Grief Griffin is gone.

I think Dame’s defensive struggles have been greatly exaggerated. Generally, has he been good? No. Has he been bad? No I don’t think so. Better than I expected based on how people talk about him.

Dame picks and chooses when he wants to play defense which is not really a problem in the regular season.

If Horst hadn’t won a title, there was an alternate universe where we started to call him GOB.

Well hopefully this was planned with Khris and the B2B. He did come out gunning for his shot and the ball in the 1st half. That might be why.

Not sure you can describe Griffin as any type of "minded" coach. Look at that blank stare on his face and listen to him talk. Probably one of those people who don't even have an inner monologue.
