I am a connoisseur of Bucks locker-room and coaching problems. Many fine meals in the Herb Kohl era.

This is partly why Skiles hung around as long as he did. Herb himself remembered the 25-point blowouts the Bucks suffered while employing impotent coaches like Drew, Porter, Larry K. Chris Ford, Frank Hamblen, etc.

Assistant coach on Larry K's staff.

I remember this Mo/Tony Brown incident flared up the weekend of the -5 below Packer v. Giants NFC title game at Lambeau. Must be the cold gets into our guys.....

As I said in the game thread, the parallels between this season and the Larry K season continue to mount.

Just like that season, we will fire a scapegoat and go on pretending it isn't the cronies or the organization that is responsible for this mess. Nothing changes until we really clean house of the guys that have been here through all this garbage.

When I think of Mo Williams I still think of him and Bogut running pick and rolls and Bogut rolling to the basket wide open while Mo jacked up an off balance shot with a hand in his face.

But I don't buy into the theory anymore that Bogut could have avg'd close to 20ppg if we had simply gotten rid of Mo..lol

This organization is utter trash. The only reason I like this team is because I live here and the only reason I live here is because I'm stupid.

Man, the Larry K/Mo Williams era seems like ages ago. Sadly we're no better off now than we were then.

All for the quest of the 8th seed.

Herb has put die hard fans through misery because of his insane goal of getting 2 playoff games in the BC every year.
We're going to turn this team around 360 degrees.

Rockmaninoff wrote:Tony Brown for Head Coach? He looked great against the Raptors earlier this season. But seriously, I like everything I've read, heard, or seen so far regarding Tony Brown. He has poise and intelligence, and is appearantly willing to tell the truth.

This team is imploding.

I think its really time we bring in a no non-sense guy to clean this locker room up. Skiles is available and I think he would be perfect for the job. He turned 2 franchises around in Phoenix & Chicago and I think he's learned enough that he won't lose the locker room here. He wouldn't put up with Mo Williams' crap. If we can get a good young PG for him to mold to pair with Bogut, and get Redd healthy...that's a pretty solid core moving forward. Once we change the coach, we'll be well on our way.
