Bourbon for me. Old Fashioned is very cold weather to me. I make some cherry-infused bourbon that goes well either in that, or in a Godfather (bourbon + amaretto - cherry and almond is a great combo). For the cherry-infused bourbon, I take a 32oz mason jar, fill it ~1/4 full of dried cherries, then fill with bourbon and let sit for about a week. Shake daily.

I feel like cranberry would go well with bourbon in something, but no recipes here. And I've always wanted to find a good gin holiday cocktail. I associate gin with summer because a gin gimlet it my go-to hot weather coktail thirst-quencher, but I feel like there's something there. Maybe with rosemary? Idk.

This is going to bother me because I apparently don't have it saved or bookmarked. But this one is basically heating apple cider on the stove with slices of red apple, a couple sticks of cinnamon, and a tablespoon-ish of honey. When it's good and hot and mixed, strain into a couple glasses and add bourbon. For this one I like Wild Turkey 101. Garnish with the apple slices.
I've done similar with spiced rum and cinnamon. It's pretty damn tasty
only a fan, only an opinion

I'm definitely not with it as I just found out Kim Kardashian is dating Pete Davidson and just finding out how crazy his dating life is. Like no rhyme or reason at all. the woman who looks 15 in the weird show my wife liked during the pandemic peak, 48 year old Kate Beckinsale, 19 year old Cindy Crawford's daughter, Ariana Grande in upper 20s, now kim at 41. All different looks, styles, personalities. Pete Davidson is a position less player.
Sorry for just now catching up on this

Got my Pfizer booster at about 3:30pm yesterday. 12 hours later in the middle of the night it really starts kicking my ass. Sweats, chills, body aches, headache, arm is super sore. I had very minor chills/aches after the first two shots.

Awesome, thanks for the ideas guys! I appreciate it. I've got a ton of bourbon, so something using that sounds perfect.

I've always struggled with gin because I think it tastes like pine trees, but that would be appropriate for Christmas, so I might try to come up with something using it too.

Cheers!

Hang in there man. This happened to me after shot 2. Reminder that Advil is ok after your shot, just not before, so take some if you haven't yet.

I love Gin Fizz, but still very summery to me. But I wonder if cranberries and rosemary would play well with the lemon...will try that out :)

Yeah, they look good but seems like a lot of work for a drink. I have important things to do. This is where I just grab a New Belgium Trippel and spend that extra five minutes of my life arguing about the fit of PJ Tucker on this team.

Hi, does your buck mascot have a name? There's a beautiful stag that comes into our yard around dusk. It looks just like your guy.

Good gin does not taste like pine trees. Gin is a serious bang-for-the-buck booze. Buy some Hendrick's or Plymouth gin.

Tom & Jerry's are great. I get the Mrs. Bowens mix at Woodmans
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.
