They should have ran it more, but the Dame/Giannis pick and roll was one the deadliest scoring plays in the whole league this season.

I can't believe the **** Indiana Pacers are going to be playing in the ECF tomorrow.

I'm a tad bitter.

This is why things should really line up for the Bucks next season, avoid the coaching carousel and get an offseason of cohesion in. Everything should be more fluid, was a nightmare season in many regards like that. Hard part is keeping the big 3 healthy for the playoffs. Giannis and Dame will get better at playing with together though, Giannis was great on offense this year and that will get better

If Giannis can't adjust his playstyle to be there late in the season when it matters, then you have to sit him and make him be ready. Dude needs to adjust his playstyle of just bullrushing into teams that have no blueprint on flopping for charges now as it creates so much wear and tear on his body.

I've been telling my IRL people to just Kawhi load manage Giannis, but in the pit of my stomach I don't even know if that works. Guys seemed more resilient when they tried to play all 82.

Granted with the playstyle of Giannis its different, you have to save him from himself now that he is nearing 30

Lol nah Jokic would be knocking on top 10 status and would’ve beaten a stacked Wolves-Celtics team
Bucks tricked me into being a diehard in 2001, LeBron is the 2nd best player ever, and pizza is awesome.

Stacked for the TWolves is so generous, their best player is 22. In reality Nuggets choked a 20 point HT lead on their home court in game 7 coming off a chip, deserves all the criticism in the world. I think losing Bruce Brown hurt them badly, they cant afford MPJ to have off games with their current bench.

I think Denver's decision to waste Gordon on hunting defensively Edwards all over hurt them even more offensively.
Gordon in 42 minutes got 4 boards and 4 points on 2/5 FG% ... terrible ... Porter was off with his shooting and Denver shrunk themselves from big 4 to big 2. Maybe they should play in their own pace and kind of basketball. Anyway kudos to the wolves, huge success to eliminate the Champions

As if he won anything without Ray, KG, Rondo, Tony Allen...

Anuonoby was pretty non-commital in that post game Sunday. Trying to make them pay the max or is he thinking about life away from Thibs minutes already?

A hater of both teams am I
The Pacers and Celts can both die
But if fate's ultimatum
Once again baffles Tatum
My mood will be smilingly high

Crafty veteran coach Rick Carlisle is ten times the tactician sullen Joe Mazzulla is, so I give the undermanned Pacers a decent chance in this series. I think if Indiana wins tonight they win the series. If I were a sports bettor, I guess that would be my parlay.

If LBJ and Redick are buds I have no idea why they didn't play together. Once Ray retired him and Redick should've been paired at the hip wherever they went. I always assumed they didn't get along or had no relationship since it never happened. Then they started doing this media stuff the last few years. Chalk another thing to GM LBJ not being the greatest

The amount of tough shots Luka and Kyrie will have to hit to beat the Wolves is astronomical. My guess is Kyrie quits in game 2, something like, shoots 2-14, after the game he says he has a "mid-foot sprain" and is day-to-day for all the remaining days.

Celtics should win in 4 or 5 and should be moderate favorites going into the Finals. But let's see who gets hurt this round.

Many would argue parity and anyone can win is a good thing. No repeats since the Warriors broke up and the rules changed afterwards. Since 2019 cities of Tor, MKE, Denver and now possibly Indy and MN. The times of being able to predict the finals or at least two or three of the final four before the season even starts seems to be over.

Sure some of that is just from LBJ failing off so he's not for sure in but its also been helped by the rule tweaks designed to help exactly this, along with such a massive influx of talent/shooting that other teams can any given day because everyone is so good. I'd say the things to address are injuries and ways to move away from 3pt spamming somehow.
