Ridiculous to charge $20 a pop for this. Obviously I hope Giannis stays and we're contenders for years but him leaving and the FF becoming a ghost town would serve the greedy bastards right.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Another great offer from the Bucks to their season ticket holders. Note the 'thank you' is to give you 10% of a $300 camp. But if you google the camp and check out the main page it is the same discount code on the main page for paying early that everyone gets.
"Special Summer Camp Offer
Milwaukee Bucks Summer Camp registration is now open! Summer Camps are presented by the Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin health network and provide a fun and team-oriented environment for boys and girls ages 7 to 15.
There are full and half-day camp options available and each includes daily instruction on ball handling, passing, shooting, offensive and defensive concepts, 5 v 5 scrimmages and more! Bucks professional camp coaches are selected for their basketball knowledge and ability to teach kids of all ages and skill levels.
Each Summer Camp participant will receive a basketball, performance tee, Bucks pennant, Bucks folder and a ticket to a 2020-21 Bucks home game!
As a special thank you for being a Milwaukee Bucks season ticket member, we would like to offer you $30 off any 2020 Summer Camp. Use promo code SEASON2020 when you register to take advantage of this offer. You can see more details about camp and a complete listing of locations at bucks.com/youthbasketball. Go Bucks Go!"

The new arena and it's prices can go **** itself. I can literally take my family to the Dells overnight for the same price as decent tickets + snacks at the FF.

I also loved how they offered a limited time 100 point bonus (worth about $2) to refer friends and family to purchase full season packages. So generous of them.
At this point I just want them to increase my tickets enough that I don’t even have to think twice about canceling.

I’ve gone from season tickets down to half the games and now down to two regular season games and a handful of playoff games. Only tickets I buy directly from the Bucks are playoff games, the rest I get on the secondary market.

I don't remember who posted it but somebody here bought season tickets in specific aisle seats and then the Bucks pulled a switcheroo and moved them to middle of a row? Holy ****, I would have been storming Feigin's office if that happened to me.

Heh. In the Kohl days, they'd have Bogut and Redd do the face painting for your kids, while personalizing things as well, all for free.
Of course there were only 47 of us back then.
I'm fine with increases but holy hell have some transparency and stick to your word on ****. Hopefully they keep winning I guess. The Bucks better too.

Yeah, win the Finals this year and price me out is best case scenario, haha.

This was another major insult. 100 F***** points! That is literally nothing! oooo i can get a crappy pin or a name on the scoreboard for a birthday. It's beyond pathetic. DO NOT even offer this garbage and insult us like that. And WHY would I even want to convince someone to sign up?!? To receive horrible service?

Anyone going to the whirleyball event tomorrow night? I wonder if the KB24 accident has affected the players who were going to be there. Pretty much can assume GA will not be there.

For real. I still can't believe they would rather "try" and get new season ticket members to over pay then to keep is reasonable prices and keep the current long term member happy.
BLOWS MY MIND!

Re: Fiserv Forum Thread
Customer acquisition is always a large cost of doing business. It's the reason there are loyalty rewards in almost all areas of business.
While it's true that, unlike cell phones or TV providers, there isn't another NBA team in town, there ARE tons of other options to spend your cash. LED have assembled a great team on the court. Their business team is a bunch of amateurs.

I'm sure cost benefit analysis has all been done, and loyalty ranks very low on the scale of things.
The problem is, the numbers never take into account the people side of things.

And despite the teams success there isn't an unending line of people willing to pay those prices. I had season tix for several years. But not now. Can I afford it? Yup. But I'd rather go to a few games, watch the rest on TV and spend my cash on other stuff.

Absolutely. They'll be a point when they get too expensive and stop selling out - but if they can milk the masses for 30% more and only lose 5% of sales, that's a better bottom line for the Bucks, by far.

I had Picco, too, sounds like he got promoted to service only higher dollar/premier customers now. My new guy is Alexander, seems like a really cool dude.

They might be right, but the problem is if this has long-term ramifications. If a fan emotionally invests in season tickets, they are the company's base and can rely on sales year after year. But if you don't, invest you can find other alternatives and realize there are better things to do on a Tuesday in January or even a Saturday in March that have better values. Eventually the base will shrink due to the price increases. They just have to be really careful that they don't over estimate the inelasticity of their product. I could see a lot of single game specials next year.
