I have no doubt that Crowder would instantly fill a valuable role here but guys like him and RoCo are always the types of dudes that get massively overrated on the trade market due to everyone clamoring for the big 3&D wing types. Let Pat Riley give up a 2028 1st or whatever for him. I'd rather bring back Wes on the vet minimum and see what you have in Beauchamp for no cost.

He's gotta put on some weight most likely but a 6'6.5 guy with a 7' wingspan and a 8'10 standing reach is typically guard size.

Wes flops a whole lot, and I don’t condone going full Marcus smart but we as a whole team need to learn how to draw more offensive fouls on contact, and learn how to draw fouls on the offensive end. A huge reason why our playoff offense sucks is that nobody gets to the line outside of Giannis.

Again not saying we should start flailing, falling and complaining to refs and all that, just saying it would help if we had one more person who knew how to get to the line and one more person who knew how to get in position and sell a lil, ersan style.

A lot can change in the next few days but maybe the plan is to give Beauchamp a shot early and assess from there. If they feel he’s not ready then explore the trade market or free agency. Wes wasn’t added until December last year.

I just get the feeling that the swing-wing position is going to be universally overpaid in free agency this year and bigs will be undervalued.

Tucker + a bunch of 2nds to OKC for Williams or Roby would balance out our roster.

hmmmm.. i guess taking a stab at getting insane value is nice but we are in the middle of Giannis's peak. I'd rather not roll the dice.

I like him a lot for the future, but yeah, I was mainly commenting on his weight and talking about this season. He's probably going to be around 200 lbs. as a rook.

Complete with a trade for Marcus Smart.

FWIW Beauchamp weighed 10 lbs less than Herb Jones at their respective combines.

And subsequently run a super-small-ball lineup of Facu/Carter/Jrue/Khris/Bobby.

I'm not spending $10m+ on a 40 year old PJ. I love the guy, but F that.

Team all flop!

Also are we attached to Crowder somewhere? I missed that one if we are.

Somehow bucks fans watched Hill and Grayson get killed last year on D in the playoffs and ppl think we should use our TMLE on Mills.

I love Patty but yea we need to look for guys who wont get played off the floor in the playoffs.

Every contender is looking for those guys so it's not easy acquiring them. At least with Mills, you know he'll make his shots. Hill is a corpse and Grayson in that Boston series was unplayable at both ends.
