Bucks should get Cousins asap, the team is short of a big and he's a very good fit defensively and offensively.

To free up cap space to sign Cousins, Bucks trade Wilson + 2nd rd pick for Glenn Robinson III

Starters: Jrue, DDV, Middleton, Giannis, Brook
Rotation: Augustin, Forbes, Pat, Portis, Cousins

Without looking to closely, it looks pretty tough too. Lots of La, nets, etc in there.

We finish the season with two national TV games against the Nets.

The schedule makers want to make our end to regular season a little spicy.

Trade DJW to Houston for David Nwaba, and Craig for a 2nd. Frees up 4.4 million and a roster spot. Give Diakite some minutes to see how he holds up, if he plays well sign him to a roster spot so he is available in the playoffs, or sign Boogie. Still leaves an open roster spot and money to use on buyout player.

Bucks are being patient dealing DJW, because they know they'll need his salary slot to make any kind of impactful trade. Even if it isn't something big, they'd need him to get a guy like Delon Wright or Tomas Satoransky.

No need to open salary now, as there isn't any rotation worthy players available. There might be after the buyout period.

Can the Bucks sign players to 10 day contracts given their hard cap situation?

I’ve been hoping the Bucks could get Sato for 3 years now. That Bulls offer sheet was a damn coup, smart move by their FO, (another) dumb move by Ernie

I can't believe you would diss Shaquille Harrison like this. You've changed.

Oh wow, he's available, let's get Torrey Craig out of the way and add the right defender.

Have been fixated on Sato as an ideal trade target but not sure how that would work.

anyone for signing Shaquille Harrison? Someone wanted him during the offseason. He could defend large PGs if nothing else.

Having Harrison would give us a great guard rotation of defenders to throw at Kyrie & Harden. Jrue/DDV/Shaq could legitimately slow them down.

Yes, that's me. Harrison and his 6'11" wingspan can guard pretty much anyone 1-4. He was signed late and then had some in jury issues with Utah, but showed real signs of progress with Chicago.

The best way to fit him on to the roster is to find a taker for Torrey Craig.

Bucks in: Satoransky
Bucks out: DJA, DJW, 2nd round pick

76ers in: DJA
76ers out: 2nd round pick

Bulls in: DJW, 2- 2nd round picks
Bulls out: Satoransky

76ers have been calling about veteran PGs. In this deal they absorb DJA into an $8 million TPE they have.

This is roughly the same deal I proposed for Delon Wright. I think the Wright deal is more likely, because the Bulls are actually a playoff team right now. If they fall back then this deal becomes a better possibility.

If we could get cap space for DJA it would have been done by now not to mention the Sixers are actively paying for him.

Can Harrison shoot like, at all? I guess I'd dump Wilson for him in a second, but that's not really saying much. Don't see what makes him better than Craig or any of the wings we have on the roster. Still really need a solid backup PG and PF more than anything (assuming Portis is still a Center).
