If Giannis leaves I’m kinda hoping it is the Lakers because **** these lowballing “asset collectors” I want it to blow up in their faces

Everyone who actively wants to trade him should be a heavy Spurs fan tonight. Flagg, Castle, another lottery pick, those future Atlanta firsts, etc. That's the "haul", not these weird proposals where you're content sucking for 5-years just with Cooper Flagg and whatever JAG role-players you can cobble together with no high draft picks or other blue-chip prospects.

IMO that’s not enough

Etc. meaning a few more Spurs firsts and salary filler, but I could care less about the 28th or 30th pick in the draft as Wemby/Giannis dominate the league for the next 5-years. But if that's not enough for you then nothing realistic is, and that's fine.

And if Houston wins the lottery they have even better additional assets.

NBA Draft Lottery tonight. Always brings me back to 2005 when Bucks won the draft lottery with a very low percent chance of winning it, so happens to be the same day I was told I had cancer and was doing to die.
(I didn't die)

If there is any time to trade Giannis its this year if you can get the number 1 pick and get Flagg. Who knows when there is another shot to get a superstar like him

Just my two cents but the Spurs feel like a they keep Flagg scenario.

Agreed. Can’t see them trading Flagg, let alone throwing in Castle.

If Houston wins Flagg, I’d imagine they’d just keep him and flip some of their assets for KD. KD seems destined to be a Rocket.

How will you all view Giannis if he forces a trade out of Milwaukee? I think it's an **** move. And he should be booed every time he comes back. Hopefully this is all bull ****.

I can’t imagine them passing up pairing Giannis with Wemby while hoping that Flagg reaches his potential and the rest of their roster doesn’t get too expensive in the meantime.

Giannis plus Wemby instantly makes them title favorites next year. Not to mention they still have Fox and Vassell.

But maybe I’m putting too much weight into the idea they’d go all in to win another title while Pop is around the organization?

Plot twist. He sticks around.

The thought of Wemby and Giannis together seems unfair and if you can get him and don’t you’re punting a damn near guaranteed ring.

I also wonder if they internally view the clock on Wemby having been started due to his size. You may only get a few great years if injuries start to pile up.

Picks preferred in any Giannis deal. Lots of lottery picks

I don't know if you can get anything for Green, tbh. Salary of a fringe All-star and nothing like that on the court.

I'm saying if he forced his way out. I think it kills the franchise. I won't boo him cause I won't be going to any more games.

How nice of Shams to pull a Giannis "story" out of his ass on the day of the lottery.

Just a coincidence
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.
