I do think he'll land somewhere this year. I can't imagine he's held in lower regard than Monty, although it's hard to say that anybody else would have ponied up for Monty like Detroit did.

I'm always judging coaches on what talent they have to work with and how innovative and flexible are they with that talent.

Monty has no developed talent in Detroit-some young guys, sure, but not much else.

He was criticized for not doing anything with the talent in Phoenix last year (except lose to the champs in 6 games), yet this year they have another all star guard, added Grayson Allen and have what many consider to be a good coach and may not make it out of the first round.

I know the narrative on Monty, but the facts tell me otherwise.

Not saying Monty is a bad coach, just saying Bud should be held in higher regard, and without considering what's gone on in Detroit at all, because I'm thinking about attitudes toward them at the time of hiring.

I hear you. Don't agree with you on the Bud issue, but that's ok. Can you imagine this board if the Bucks went with Monty? I might be the only one who said it makes sense.

I think the Heat would make the Celtics work a little harder so go Heat.

The Bulls are the most treadmill team of treadmill teams. They are such a pathetic franchise.

Would you trade franchises? Bulls are what we were in the 2000s and we are what they were in the 90s minus the titles.

Trey Murphy missed a dunk because he jumped too high. That's rare.

Also, have I mentioned that I like Trey Murphy?

We're not even close. I would give anything to be a fraction of what the Bulls were in the 90s.

Light the beam was cool last season, and I realize they're missing a key dude, but there might be a real conversation about that teams upper limit after this season.

0-6 against the Pels this season. Pretty rough.
