The organisation needed to slowly fall back on how much they still tried to appease Giannis after how much of a mess we’ve turned into the last few years. Gotta stop living with fear that he’ll be upset if someone says no to him.

hes turned into the childish emo gm/owner of the franchise weve all loved since we were kids. do you mind losing him for a young guy and picks if we say no? we tell him to put the candy back at the checkout aisle or were gonna call the adoption agency like the skit normal parents might resort too?

its an honest question and the million dollar question

his only family in milwaukee now wears our uniforms by his design. his agents make offers he spurns but perhaps only temporarily. im not sure this couldnt be the bestest cheapest surest way to maintain the fake loyalty he continually talks about as opposed to say dirk or reggie or duncan or any of the other guys who were serious when they talked about championship legacy and being "all in"?

seriously i know this is a sticking point for you? how would you play it if you owned the team? play it out for me/us the whole idea of telling him his siblings suck as it relates to the NBA but with what were facing here....how is this not the right call?

its like...obviously youre right...but.....sell us....fans here would sell a healthy testicle for him in stay in a bucks uniform....wouldnt you too prefer having both nuts as opposed to just the one healthy nut? let the other bros make history with giannis together instead of selling a nut?

When you sign someone who is so clearly not an NBA player, you’re really rolling the dice on a salary cap circumvention punishment. I don’t support this at all, and would rather deal with needing to trade Giannis.

I did not even a little bit expect this news to be about Alex. Was mildly interested in Kostas, not that he'd be wildly different to Sims.

desperation but also not completely unpredicted but possibly.....awesome 3d gm'ing chess to keep a bunch of checkers level playing guys in the lockerrom together?

we could have just been like ballmer and been like....how about we give you 50 million in cash for a no show deal....or 100 million.....whats the number.....

not sure right now giving him all of downtown milwaukee would work but getting his brother....a HS allstar level guy on the squad.....maybe its the toy in the crib he needs to get thru the year without any drama

Too much angst. Salary cap circumvention? Ballmer like? Come on now lol. Bucks can sign anyone they want off the street. Even any of you. Sure if they funnel him money under the table that's another thing. But the family is swimming in cash, Alex is not hurting for money. Giannis will be around his 2 brothers while away from his family. Pretty simple. And a decent thing to do for your all-time best player ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

It's just giving him some pocket money and a temp job so he can play on the Herd. Seems a cheap way to keep the big guy happy.

that wasnt my point....tongue in cheek talk....i think signing the antetekoumbros is a no brainer....my point was more to Blazza who goes ballistic everytime we make a contract with his siblings. to me its legal salary cap circumvention. like in a good way. im surprised other teams dont use it like we do.

unrelated but if my brother was giannis id be like big bro....see if horst needs a 53 year old dead eye shooter on the herd.....tell him i dont move all that well but i can still shoot if i get serious about it and tell him the intangibles id bring theyd never regret it...id tell him to just float the idea right?

if horst agreed id save the golden pen and tell the big bro.....can we do this next year too?

I still want to see what Livingston can do with real reps with real players playing a small defined role. AJax just seems to have something not right mentally and I just have to sadly depart that island. Prince can't stay in front of anyone and I just don't want to watch that anymore. Coffey seems more of the same, Kuzma I actually enjoying in that his decision making is jarringly bad but that's not going to be funny for long. Still, dude cracks me up.

Anyway, play Livingston. Fill that Sterling Brown shaped hole in my heart.

on the record...im livingstons biggest fan on this board. he reminds me of the guys other teams have that kill us and i have no clue who the **** they are.

hes not a star...but i think he can be that kind of guy. the kind of guy other teams fans are like who the **** is this random guy being this way tonight?? why dont we have guys like this??

we constantly knock our front office for not "developing talent" but alot of the guys that drive us crazy that way are guys on other rosters that are the 7-12 guys. i think Livingston is absolutely that level of talent in that tier. He just needs time and ops and hes got a 10 year career

I think Alex is legitimately the worst player who has "made" the NBA in history. He was never even good enough to go low major D-1, so to make the league is incredible

He's no worse than Dames cousin that also spent a year on a 2 way deal.

This is a big "who cares?". Just don't come out of the gates looking like trash again.

When's the prediction thread going up?
