My boy Big Al put up 16-9-4 with 2 assist earlier today, to bad they couldn't stop Tony Parker.

Bynum just set the NBA record for 10 blocked shots in a Playoff game.

I only saw some of the 4th quarter and when he made that beautiful spin move on Timmy. I'll take your word for it if he wasn't good. But I'll still take him on my team.

He can score, that's about it.

Jefferson's more of a Kevin Martin (this season) then a Redd.

Re: First Round Playoff Thread
Honestly, even without Rose, I think the Bulls are the 2nd best team in the east. Obviously the playoffs are different but they beat the Heat a couple of times without him and stayed very competitive against other very good teams. Rose missed half the year and they still finished 1st.

He better concentrate on Cotto. He's in for a long night Saturday no matter what he thinks.

Hayward was looking solid despite not being able to get his shot to fall. Got to the line like a maniac.

Re: First Round Playoff Thread
Bulls Thibidoeux did not coach his roster with the 'big picture' in mind for a team going for a title this year as he should. And I am not saying this in hindsight just because Rose got hurt.
Ok, maybe a little second guessing is in order. But it should have been logical that he not play Rose at all this opening series against an 8th seed who stumbled into the playoffs as it is (Sixers).
But with home court advantage throughout...playing an 8th seed they should have known they could sweep in a short 66 game season you never should have played Rose at less then his best and given him a series to rest.
He should not have played Rose at all in the first round...unless it was an elimination game against a team like the Sixers. Many defend his move...I don't. If I was a Bulls fan, [AND BELIEVE ME I AM NOT] I would be livid right now.
But with that said, I think they can still come out of the East...They'd better of this arrogance might cost them their best shot at a title before the other teams load up in the next 2 years.
But Thibs has to LOOK....AT ....THE....BIG ....PICTURE. Rose needed recovery time. Not a quickstart. You need to know your team better then that and have more confidence in them to get by a team like the Sixers without Rose to avoid risking an injury that occursed with 1:30 seconds left in a game well in hand.
Thibs showed too much fear of the Sixers and not enough confidence in his confernce leading team 18-9 without Rose.
Let that be a lesson him...no shortcuts. He managed his roster poorly in this condensed year imo. Hope it was not Coach of the year ego driven....at the stake of winning a title. And by the way POP is COY not Thibs....

I remember just 3-4 months ago all the Bogut homers wanted no part of Bynum in a three way involving Howard, they claimed Bynum was awful at defense and couldn't Boguts jock. ROFL
I made a bet years back with my buddy, i chose Marvin Williams and he chose Bogut, $100 to the other for every All-Star game their player makes, I feel confident now neither of us will win anything. Bogut will never pass Bynum/Duncan/Gasol/DC in the west.

This is where the Celtics miss Jeff Green and Ray Allen in the start of the 3rd qtr to give them some zip on offense....
