Interesting. Probably more smoke, but interesting nonetheless.

Maybe if his name was Denise instead of Dennis.

Re: Draft Exum at #2?
lol @ taking anyone's tweets seriously right now
private workouts and private interviews haven't even been held yet. still tape to be watched and re-watched over and over.
no one knows jack chit except our front office and our owners. i'm not trusting any of these hacks.
only thing i think we can kind of know for certain is embiid is #1 on everyone's board if he checks out health-wise (starting to sound like a broken record)

Hope you're right. I like Exum, but not more than Parker or Wiggins.

I know, right. I was jk..
I honestly (no offense at all) still feel bad for you guys on that Redick/Harris swap. We all adore Redick in Orlando, and we were sad to see him go, but we loved that trade.

we hated Redick and breathed a huge sigh of relief when he didn't resign here
funny how different perceptions are

i mean it is what it is. you win some you lose some. i liked tobias, but if we kept him we might never have picked giannis or there might have been a log jam.
hope it works out for you guys (no hate), but i'm happy with our outlook moving forward.

..and that's all and well, but you couldn't have used him anyway. Redick is that 3rd guy that you want in a team that will compete for a championship. No offense, but you were neither that last season or will be for the foreseeable future.

I have a hard time believing Parker is our 4th choice. Our new owners love the guy.

Re: Draft Exum at #2?
agreed. i liked JJ actually. he's a good SG for a championship team. i actually love that mold for a SG.
he just was a boneheaded move for our franchise at the time, because like smooth e said, our structure was horrible on that team.
and obviously we're not competing seriously for 3-5 years, so re-signing him would've been a bigger joke than the trade.

JJ is a system player. What else would you have expected him to do in Milwaukee half way through the season? He's a pro's pro. Never complains about role or minutes but supports his teammates 100% and plays just as hard. See see how well he's done for us in Orlando and for the Clippers so far..
As for the abortion rumor, I'm pretty sure that THAT was already dealt with in court, with him winning against a liar claiming he forced her to get an abortion.

I think you would be hard pressed to find someone here who thinks he gave 100% to the team and to his teammates last year, and I don't think that abortion "rumor" is a rumor.

OK, nvm.
Just looked into the case just now. I'll admit I was wrong about the abortion clause. Yikes..

I mean no disrespect, just believe me when I say you guys love him a lot more than any of us ever could lol. Yeaaah, that abortion thing is very interesting...Can't believe it didn't become more of a story to be honest.

What does that have to do with how our GM/scouts have their board?

Since when don't the owners have some pull in who a team picks? Especially in Milwaukee?

Re: Draft Exum at #2?
The entire hope around new ownership is that they don't do **** like that. The pick should be made by the guys that get paid to make those picks.
