Funny to see that Boston fans think all the Bucks have done is add Budenholzer and Lopez since our last playoff matchup.

Apparently they have completely glossed over the fact that during Game 7 of our recent playoff series, Jabari played 30 minutes, Jason Terry played 21, and Thon played 26. Dellavedova, Shabazz Muhammad, and Tyler Zeller also logged minutes.

Our roster was pathetic outside of the starters.

Where is this "Celtics have a better team" coming from?

It is this myth of BOS being this super talented team despite having 0 MVP candidates, only 1 All Star, and young players who have stayed the same or gotten worse compared to last year

Technically they are more playoff-tested than you guys but as far as pure talent goes I would take take Giannis, Bledsoe, & Middleton over Kryie, Horford, and Tatum.

Key factor will be Hayward though, limit his productivity and you guys have the undsiputed edge.

Nah. Not even really sure how you could come to that conclusion to be honest.

Bucks in 5. Don't expect much trouble here.

Just my opinion but I think that they have more dynamic players than we do. It’s tough to do a apples to apples side by side comp but obviously I’m taking Giannis over Kyrie, but I would take Tatum over Middleton, Horford and Lopez might be a wash this year but I’ve always liked Horford. I’d probably take Brown over Bledsoe on youth and knees but take a healthy Brogdon over whatever Hayward is atm. Miriotic and Morris are a wash.Maybe Ersan over Baynes, hope Hill can stay in front of Rozier but Hill has been playing great lately. Guess it’s closer than I thought but their offense if they are clicking is better than ours, of course if it turns into a Kyrie vs Giannis duel then we got this.

I really want to know how they are going to call this game. If they allow Boston to handcheck, it'll be a close series. If they call these turnovers, uh oh.

Brown over Bledsoe and their offense being better than ours are both extremely questionable opinions.

After what happened in the 2001 ECF, the refs better not screw us this year after finally getting out of the first round.

Of course with the handles Lopez showed against the Pistons maybe he should be playing more point lol

The Celtics were the only team I was really worried about getting in our way. If we win this series, I truly believe we'll make it to the Finals. This will be a major test - mostly mental. We are the more talented team, no question, but we can't underestimate Boston. They have been a game away from the finals. They know what it takes to win multiple series in a single postseason. We don't. Not yet, at least.

I've got the Bucks in 6, however. This is an entirely different team than we had last year. I believe in our team. I believe in coach Bud and Giannis. Our squad is ready for this moment. It will be a tough series, but this is our time. There will be fights and technicals and ****. In the end, our other-worldly talent will smother them when it really matters.

I respect Boston and the gritty players they have. But unfortunately for them, their moment was last year. It's our year. I can't WAIT for game 1.

Seems kinda nuts that we lost to Boston last year without Kyrie and Hayward considering where we are now.

Tatum, Hayward, Brown. If one or more of those guys show up its going 7 games. I'm really glad Smart is out, hes a pain in the ass.

I'm not convinced at all that this Celtics team is ever gonna flip this imaginary switch and become an elite offense overnight. Giannis is better and Al Horford is older. They're a slightly richer man's Jazz (mainly because Kyrie > Mitchell), but good luck trying to outscore this offensive juggernaut, and even better luck trying to score on the best defense in the league.

Bucks in 5.

Celtics aren't a great matchup for the Bucks but the Bucks are so much better overall that I doubt Boston can win 4/7. They're going to have to jack a spit ton of threes and make like 40% of them.

Not having Brogdon is tough. They can shield Kyrie on defense and not have him guard Bledsoe. If we had Brogdon, Kyrie would have to guard one of the two.

Still thinking we have a lot of pluses. Have Bledsoe lockdown Kyrie and stay with their 3 point shooters as much as possible. We definitely have to be careful of the switch out on Horford for the open 3 at the top. That has killed us against Boston in the past.

Agreed on Smart. Really hope he doesn't make some miracle recovery. He worries more than anyone outside of Kyrie with his ability to impact every game.

This is going to be a dogfight, and the hardest the Bucks will face until the finals. They've got a stacked top 8, so I'm hoping their chemistry doesn't fall into place.

Still confident in the Bucks, but I think we'll finally start seeing a few guys getting 35+ minutes a game.
