An actual offense would help, yes, but when your star is ineffective as a screener, is limited on the block and generally just limited unless he's got a head of steam, I don't know what you do.

Like people keep talking about a better coach making Giannis a center and playing him "properly" but have any of those people watched Giannis set a ball screen? He literally makes the biggest/most elementary mistake almost every single time in turning his body the wrong direction. A coach is going to somehow fix fundamental flaws with our 8 year vet superstar when it's literally what you teach kids in elementary school?!? The fact Giannis is a freaking MVP with that kind of footwork is absolutely mind boggling.

This isn’t mental weakness. It’s not having an offense philosophy that functions in the playoffs.

I was ridiculed plenty by being critical and worrisome of our offense. Offensive ratings in the regular season can be sooo misleading.

Like, how are you scoring those points? Cool, can you do that when it matters most and NBA athletes are actually giving defensive effort?

The best player on the team had the worst plus/minus in the biggest game of the year. Giannis has become an awful watch for me since the bubble and he was honestly starting to rival MJ as my favorite player ever. He is so ridiculously clueless at times and his on court ego is completely out of control. That fadeaway was 100% him sacrificing team success to have his "moment".

This is the thing that I was bothered by more than anything. Durant is going supernova, and you've got a 7 foot tall freak, DPOY, who is literally built to guard freaks like KD. And instead of putting him on KD for ONE **** POSSESION down the stretch, he's standing in the corner guarding Joe **** Harris.

Don't worry he will put him on KD next year.Same thing happened with Butler.
