I know some folks here weren't impressed with Griff during this interview. Admittedly, he's not the most polished public speaker, though I found him to be thoughtful and intentional in how he spoke about the team. Lots of clichés, sure, but that's to be expected really. The guy has a MBA and a PHD, so you can't question his intelligence.

What I have no doubt about is that he's going to be able to reach the players and influence them.
