I log into my account today and notice yet another auto-renewal with 3/16 as the date my card will be charged so I guess I have to send him yet another email asking for this one to be removed.

So for those of you who cancelled, might want to make sure they didn’t slip another invoice in your account.

Good call, I've got my playoff invoice now as well as an auto-renewal showing up to go through in 3 weeks. Time to try to get hold of the rep again.

Christ. Thanks for heads up, I'll go look at mine.

They released benefits for next year too and appear to be pretty much same as this year.

EDIT: I'm thinking the invoice is there as an option to renew and only will kick in IF I select the steps to do so. Feel free to correct me if I am wrong after you talk to your rep.

Add this to the list of Bucks Season ticket holder failures: On Friday games full season ticket holders are supposed to be able to get 10% off at ALL concession stands expect for alcohol sales, chicfila and Aunt Annie pretzels. We went to THREE stands and not one had a clue how to apply the 10% credit. Usingers stand, popcorn stand, and the nacho stand. yes, i had the drunk munchies. I just kept laughing every time these clueless people had no idea what was going on. I also looked for the season ticket holder names in the LED board that are supposed to be displayed on fridays games.....NOTHING!

Good thing the team is good on the court. FFS!

I've seen them displayed on the huge boards at the bottom of the escalators by the main entrance before.

They also had 20% off for BMO Harris cardholders Friday. Went to 4 different stands. 2 scanned the QR code they had on a laminated sheet by each register correctly. One couldn’t get it to work despite re-scanning the code like 8 times. The other scanned the 10% instead of the 20% and didn’t know how to change it. Was not surprised by my experience lol.

Levy concessions has self-order touch screens in place at some locations at Fiserv. Placed my order and inserted payment card for one beverage. After no one responded I asked staff if I could have my drink. They asked for my receipt. When I said that I did not get one, they said "that's impossible". Eventually they checked the printer and found that it did not have any paper in it. They had a supervisor scurrying around trying to find my order in the system. Finally I told them that I didn't need a receipt, just one beverage. They got me my drink while the supervisor was still trying to figure out the problem.

I don't know why they feel compelled to install new systems midseason. This should really speed up service!

The Bucks app has also been "upgraded". It took about ten tries to access my tickets.

Keystone Cops moments still linger.

Season ticket holders can purchase extra playoff tickets this week. I didnt think they would even be offered.

Looks like just the first round (at least that’s what my email says). Guessing these will be priced at market value so from a reselling standpoint I’m staying far away. Everyone will be waiting for the later rounds, plus with StubHub rumored to be holding funds until after events due to possible Coronavirus cancellations, just too much hassle to deal with.

I'm with you. Not messing around this year.

I wonder how StubHub is going to handle the sellers for tickets sold if games don't happen? I saw buyers will get an option of a refund or 120% SH credit.

Anybody able to transfer playoff tickets yet? My option was still greyed out as of yesterday.

One of my coworkers is good friends with a low level Bucks employee and he indicated that they've been told the organization will follow the first team that says no fans at games. They don't want to be the first to do it, but they want to be right behind supporting it when another team does.

How is that going to work then? If I can't go to the games I paid for the Bucks have to reimburse me, right? Or am I just SOL?

If it gets to that point it's going to be really **** bizarre watching NBA playoff games with no crowd.

Wow. Isnt tomorrow the NBA meeting with owners? If so I'm guessing it could be announced some teams not gonna have fans at games.

I have comped inclusive loge table seats through my buddy who won them for Saturday, so would figure that be a game that gets blocked out for fans, haha.

This is the kind of thing that won't be done organization-by-organization, IMO. Only way this happens is if the league office dictates it league-wide. Otherwise, it wouldn't be fair for some teams to have a home fans and some teams to have an empty gym.

Playoff tickets with ticketmaster was a s-show. Spent an hour trying to get on but the code wasn't working and TM issues. I came back 3 hours later and was able to snag 3 together. I went to pay and couldn't add a credit card expiration date in chrome (Dropped down to only 05 and no scroll bar). Tried opening in IE but couldn't get back. Spent 20 minutes on it and someone else ended up getting tickets.

Its gonna be a cluster when StubHub charges my credit card back for my sale there (which is their plan), but Bucks dont reimburse me because the tickets are transferred out of my account...

It will be weird for the players. On TV they’ll have a tight crop and it won’t be that noticeable. I bet they’ll have the sound pumped in like a laugh track.

Looks like the Sharks are gonna be the first team to go fanless, not by choice:
