so did matthews take less to be with the lakers. either way shows a lack of belief in a group of guys you went to battle with for a whole year

That 2.6 was his option on his deal that he declined. Who knows what we offered. An easy extra million, live in LA, pretty good chance to start, try to get a ring. I can understand it.

So 1 hour in and no announcement about Giannis. When do we start to panic? If no news by end of tonight? By Sunday? This sounds crazy but without a commitment I don’t see how we play this season without it being an absolute circus. Giannis will strangle the reporters after getting asked that question every night.
