Okay, this one actually matters. Donte DiVincenzo expected to remain in the draft per Adam Zagoria.

Huerter, Simons, and Robinson all look like they could be around for our pick. Huerter could help us right away and the other two could pan out big time.

I like Hueter, but again, I don't see any of these wings cracking our rotation, they'd have to outpreform Snell, Brown, and Delly, or there'd have to be an injury or trade.

I like Simons quite a bit but I think if we draft him we have to pretty much expect him to be redshirted for at least one year. Definitely seems to be a talented dude though and can easily see him being a PG in our Giannis-centric system.

I see Delly as a PG, Brown as a SG and Snell as a SF. Not that hard to beat Snell out after last year.

I see this as a home run pick. Looks like he has more talent than some of our latest picks. :D

Not to mention, who knows how long Delly and Snell will be around for (fingers crossed). It's not like they're in our long-term plans.

He looks athletic as heck, shoots nearly 43% from 3 on a large sample size, and is a really good and creative ball handler. Seems like he’s physically weak right now and from the sound of it, isn’t a good decision maker right now, but that kind of skillset and athleticism combination feels like a great potential fit next to Giannis.

Yeah, he's my guy at 17 the more I think about it, if we aren't getting a big.

I get the Huerter and DiVincenzo love but if Chandler Hutchison and Khyri Thomas are available at 17 I'm not passing on those guys.

Really hoping the Bucks buy into the second round and take Jevon Carter. He is one of the most NBA ready players in the draft. He’s undersized for the modern switch heavy NBA, but he is a bulldog on defense.

I see Delly as a PG, Brown as a SG and Snell as a SF. Not that hard to beat Snell out after last year.

So you think we're trading Khris and not bringing Jabari back?

Anyways here's what our depth chart should look like, assuming no trades or cuts and Jabari comes back:

PG: Bled/Brog/Delly/BJ3/Munford

SG: Snell/Brog/Khris(when Jabari/Giannis are at the 3/4)/Brown/Delly

SF: Khris/Jabari/Snell/Brown/DJ

PF: Giannis/Jabari/DJ

C: Thon/Zeller/Henson/Plumlee

To me it seems obvious that SG and SF are our positions with the most depth. Which makes me reluctant to draft a SF or SG (who can't either also play PG or PF) because they'll have next to no time to be developed. Might as well just swing for the fences on a guy who ain't ready yet if we're not going to need them next season anyway.

I like the toughness and physicality that both he and teammate Sagaba Konate could bring in the 2nd round

I really like him too. If he was 6'10" he'd be a much better version of Robert Williams.

If no one really falls I'd just take khyri Thomas at 17. Kind of a combo guy like Brogdon but smaller and quicker. Could plug him in at backup pg right away.

I can't see Khyri playing the point. He's suited as a SG from what I've seen and his length is what saves him since he's undersized. He would work well with Giannis running the point and Khryi guarding the PG if the coaching is willing to do that.

I think at this point I basically just want to come out of the draft with two of the best high volume, high percentage three point shooters.

You put him in an Avery Bradley role, the Creighton vs Villanova game he mostly defended Jalen Brunson but he also defended DiVincenzo and Bridges at certain points as well. He's best playing off the ball but he's good at forcing turnovers and running a fast break. Best on ball defender in the draft and a very capable 3 point shooter.
