It's nice to having an insanely rich owner :)

I'll never understand the Morris contract because who was giving him more than the MLE. Felt like they were bidding against themselves on that one.

Crazy number for Kennard too but at least with that they can look at it he balled out this year he would have gotten more in the depleted FA class next summer. Now I personally would have waited and seen what his market actually was because you can always match.

Also RFAs: Fultz, Lonzo, Markkanen, Zach Collins, Kennard, John Collins, Jarrett Allen, Isaac

Also UFAs: Conley, Otto Porter, DeRozan, Drummond, Aldridge, Schroeder, Fournier, Boogie

You can take Fultz off the list. 100% chance he gets a max contract before free agency starts with Hammond in charge.

Based on a 3 PPG increase and more 3 pt made on volume, because potential

Kennard is good and they need him, really wanted him in Milwaukee, no issue with the contract, could end up being a great value.

Was Fultz going to get more than that as a RFA? I wouldn't think so.

I mean based on this offseason and looking at the worse and worse looking FA class, maybe?

I like the gamble with Fultz, but the timing of it is weird, and even weirder that they only decided on 3-years.

NBA teams very generous this holiday season.

Should note I absolutely love Isaac as a player and he'll be worth this if he stays healthy (that's a big if though).

Isaac definitely worth that if he comes back healthy. That could be an absolute steal.

I think today was the deadline for rookie extensions.

Jrue.

That’s why I hope like heck they have him with a verbal 3 year/$90-$100 million extension in the bag come February.
I think he'll resign but it wouldn't surprise if it's at the max. He has a ton of leverage that I'm sure his agent will use.

Hoping that's not the case although I wouldn't be surprised either. Middleton should've been around $30M per instead of the max, I believe he's pretty equal value to Jrue. 4/120 with a player option is the most I'd hope to pay.

Meant surprising as in I thought they'd wait for the season to play out. Risky to extend him now but I guess it could also be risky if he takes the leap in a contract year.

The way OG is talked about I would've thought he'd have extended for much more than that or wait on RFA.
