They then received a sizeable loan from DOE. I made a nice profit (thanks!) and bought back some shares today that I sold.

I also bought some of the board's favorite FCEL recently as a lottery ticket. Haven't touched it for a very long time but at these levels I will take the risk/reward. Hoping that lending rates come down which would help these companies.

Surprise not more talk about the Crypto Market roaring back to life.

I like SOLANA/SUI/AERO for altcoins. Own some Doge as well.

At what point are people looking to get into SMCI? Their financial fraud stuff is scary as hell, but their product is fantastic, so I have to think at some point it makes sense to get back in. 52-week high was $123 and it's currently at $18. They did a 10/1 split just six weeks ago.

There's a chance SMCI gets delisted. Personally, I'm staying away.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Holy Palantir (just announced it's joining NASDAQ), and up around 10% today. It's been on an absolute tear for months, have to think it has a big dip at some point, but I've also been saying that for months upon months. Either way, holding for years.

I'm still researching. It's definitely a legit company.

But I'm more worried about a bigger/better company like Dell eating SMCI's lunch

Bitcoin is getting all the attention as it approaches $100k but my XRP investment has tripled in the last month, up 196%. Bitcoin is up 47% the last month. I need to take some profit and let the rest ride.

Bloom Energy seems like the only fuel cell stock that is performing. Up 155% this past month.

I'm more of a buy and hold go now. So I can't keep up with the pace of the Crypto market. And I would feel like I'm chasing + FOMOing if I were to buy in now. But it's still fun too watch these.

Seems like lot of alt coins are performing really well these this last month.

XLM 360%
ADA 168%
XRP 161%
SAND 145%
DOT 93%

LINK , UNI , AVAX aren't doing too bad either.

And the memes, DOGE 170%

Just a couple months ago, I thought most of these names were 100% dead.

Keeping it focused on cause/effect here, but tariffs can be an inflationary driver. Especially with visible institutional support, I could see crypto spiking up hard if tariffs are cranked up and the dollar drops.

I always find historical stock market data interesting. Right now, the Shiller PE ratio is 38.61. The only times in history it was at or above that level was late 1999/early 2000, and we all know what happened soon after (three mega negative years in a row 2000-2002).

https://www.multpl.com/shiller-pe

I do think there are differences this time, as the Mag 7 companies are printing money and barring anything major changing, will continue to do so. Also, the overall economy is in a much better spot than late 1999. That said, I do see there being a pretty decent sell-off early January with people taking gains for the next tax year and getting out prior to the Trump administration.

I'm pretty risk tolerant but may get more into cash in my brokerage while still going heavy stocks in IRAs since I won't be touching those for 15+ years. Interested to know what others think and/or are planning.

My thoughts are Santa Clause rallies until the end of the year have a good probability of happening.

If anyone is looking for long-term holds, I'm a big fan of KULR. Can read about their company here:

https://www.kulrtechnology.com/

They have had a massive run up YTD (+532%), so I would expect a pullback to happen, but if you believe in companies like RocketLab, SpaceX, etc, I think this will be a good long-term play. They did recently sign a partnership with SpaceX, so if you believe Musk is going to benefit from a Trump presidency, that's another factor on this stock's side.

It's at $1.20 a share right now. 12-month price targets range from $2.50-$3.80.

Great call, I got in right after this and now it's already at $2.34 AH

Hopefully you are still holding - it just passed $3.00 per share.
