If anyone has ever argued that NBA coaching is overrated or not that important, this is your moment.

I don't know if I can remember a conference finals round where all 4 coaches are pretty meh/mediocre. Carlisle is decent but overrated IMO. I might take Doc over the other 3 though.

Mavs really put on a masterclass improving on the margins. Identified Lively, went and got him. Identified DJJ, not Beasley, as a vet min 16 game guy, got him. Moved inconsequential draft capital and filler for Gafford/Washington. Developed Josh Green. Yeah, they're scary good when it's clicking.

Dallas getting all of Lively, Gafford, PJ Washington, Derrick Jones Jr in the span of a year is kinda nutty. Went from a bum ass front court last year to now having one of the biggest, most athletic front courts in the league to pair with Luka/Kyrie.

Ant looks a bit tired to me after that Denver series.

Doesn’t seems to have the juice to get to the ring late in games. Couple of bad decisions down the stretch were costly.

Weird call by Finch to have Rudy in on the last play over Kat.
