He's improved. He played great in the Euroleague and was named MVP of the Euroleague Final Four. His team Fenerbahçe won, beating Real Madrid and Olympiacos, which are both very good clubs.

Fenerbahçe also won the Turkish league tournament (I think it's called Super Ligi). I saw a him play a few of those games when I was trying to watch Zizic on Darussafaka Dogus. Udoh was very solid. I thought at the time an NBA team should pick him up.

You never know, but he should be able to contribute to Utah now.

Interesting. Jersey siding sort of looks like Marquette.

Franklin out of the league. Memphis hasn't been kind to those late first rounders in recent years. Drafted there and they seem to disappear.

He's been out of the league 2 years now. Crushed it in China last year. Tripe double machine.

Yeah I did see that, just strange that most of those late first players, many of whom the board liked (cough fat Harden), just vanish in Memphis. Never to be heard from again--nba wise.

Fat Harden would've been an all-star if his knee didn't give out.

Buddy of mine ran into Daniel Gibson at a gym in Colorad. He's apparently "attempting a comeback". Him and a camera crew kicked them off the court to film some stuff I guess.

Totally forgot about this dude. One of those players that just vanished off the face of the Earth like Landry Fields (who is now a scout for the Spurs)

Any of you all try to watch this big three stuff? It's pretty bad but I have to give some of these guys credit for the shape they are in. Mahmoud Abdul-Rauf is in some crazy shape for a 48 year old for example. But yeah it's still pretty terrible basketball. Plus it's funny to see AI and Payton and others act like they are coaching. There is zero strategy outside of yelling good D or pass him the ball to the teams **** players to get them to pass the ball to the teams best player. Basically it's like a **** old mans xfl for the NBA.

Oh and then you have Michael rappaport doing sideline interviews asking guys where to get the best cigars in Miami and ****. Like wth. And somehow Gus Johnson signed up for this as the flag ship play by play guy. I have yet to see Gus get hyped over anything in three games of this **** as much as a big play by an opponent against the Bucks. Now I am like, why the F have I watched three games of this? I need to go to bed.

This is a couple weeks old but I just saw this. That's a lot of money for a guy I was expecting to sign a vet minimum contract in the NBA.

The Melo saga continues.

Anthony only wishes to waive his no-trade clause to go to the Rockets. Not even Cleveland, which is in turmoil, is good enough for Anthony as the Cavaliers are dealing with Kyrie Irving’s trade demand.

“Baltimore will always have a special place in my heart, and I’m excited to bring a tournament like this to this city. Basketball and Baltimore go hand in hand. The perfect match. A city that is all about determination. A city that helped build me.”

The nearby Wizards would seem an attractive destination for Anthony, but they just matched an offer sheet to small forward Otto Porter Jr. (four years, $106 million). The Post has reported the Knicks want Anthony to expand his wish list and Oklahoma City and Portland reportedly are interested.

The Rockets dangled Ryan Anderson’s contract in multi-team packages but found no takers.

General manager Daryl Morey stockpiled a handful of non-guaranteed pacts to apply to an Anthony trade for mathematical purposes but Sunday released one of those players, Jarrod Uthoff, who had $200,000 due this week if he remained on the roster. Shawn Long, Tim Quarterman and Isaiah Taylor are still non-guaranteed chips on Houston’s roster.

Anthony can only hope those guys will be on the move soon.

So is this the Pels Roster? Still don't get why they let Casspi go, seemed like a great fit.

The market closed up really quickly on guys. Would've been really smart to wait out guys instead of paying them before midnight on July 1st or whatever.

But I didn't get in-Line early enough and I really wanted an Xbox, so paying $1000 online seemed reasonable.

That's what I feel the bucks do. Except they got in line second and paid the guy in front of the line $700 to switch places when there were 100 xbox's available.

Sad to see our RFA strategy hasn't changed, it really is. Here's to hoping tony snell blows our minds and improves drastically.

Dude scored 55 points in 3 quarters in just his 7th NBA game. It's ok to admit we were all a bit enamored with him at the time.

Reminds me of when T Buckley took his first or second punt return ever for a TD. Blew up expectations and created a lot of hype and excitement. Then he never did it again, EVER, for any team. Worse of course was getting eaten alive by tall WRs. He had a very productive career as a nickle back, but not as the 5th overall pick.

Jennings did the same thing to me with that 55pt game.
